The lads at the Garage were quick. Whilst it wasn't the cheapest, and I could have had the work done else where speed was of the essence.

I have just had a wonderful experience at Protyre, Emsworth and would like to share please.

I was welcomed by Carl, details confirmed and car keys handed over for my car to have its MOT. Whilst waiting, I was offered a hot drink, which was very nice.

Neil was kind enough to advise me that the car required work and bring it up to MOT standard. He was also good enough to organise parts and labour for the work to be done immediately, which I appreciated very much.

Whilst waiting, both Carl and Neil checked that I was ok on more than one occasion.

The work was undertaken very quickly and the car returned to me quicker than expected.

When I received the bill I was pleasantly surprised it was a lot less than I was expecting.

The wonderful thing about this company and the people working here is that as a female on my own I wasn't patronised, I was informed what was needed, treated very well, and not overcharged. There was polite and respectful banter, and most of all I felt welcome and very comfortable. My respect goes to these gentleman who have correctly identified problems, rectified them, and kept both my family and myself safe.

I will be returning over and over again, because I trust this company and the people who have been so good to me

The only negative is that Trust Pilot only allows 5 stars when I truly would love to give 10

They are so welcoming and positive. My car was a mess but I have got myself a home garage now. 7minutes away, works for me. Way to go guys!

They were scrupulously honest and explained in detail why I didn't need any work doing. A main dealer had suggested I did. So Neil at Protyre saved me £84 by avoiding unnecessary work.

I would strongly recommend Neil and Protyre on the basis of my experience today.
