I always find your staff friendly and very helpful. You should have put air con. in your new office. It was very

I have always used Protyre, I can order and book online, or I can pop in and ask for advice. They are always helpful and friendly.

Edit - Carl from Protyre has very kindly contacted me today and refunded the cost of my MOT as a goodwill gesture for the oversight on my original bill.
No quibbles, no issues. Very much appreciated 🙂

I mentioned that i had an MOT £10 discount code emailed to me but couldnt book online as the site didnt work properly. Said dont worry we’ll sort that. Never did get that £10 discount. Didnt notice until later as had unexpected additions already added to my bill.

Purchased 2 tyres which were fitted quickly and all the staff were very friendly.

Very welcoming, even got a coffee while waiting. Took no time at all to get tyres fitted. Very happy experience and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

MOT - friendly, polite, helpful and efficient.

Appreciated it was open on a bank holiday just thought the price was expensive for something that took them less than 5 minutes £48.50 tracking? Car never felt any different to drive still slight pull

My son recently had a tyre fitted at Elmbridge Protyre of which he was charged in excess of 40% more than the web price for a budget tyre. Not what I would expect when my father recently retired from the same company and had more than 50 years service. Just goes to show that when a large corporation takes over a family business, the human aspect dies. Unfortunately my father nor my family will use Elmbridge Protyre again.

After fitting 2 new tyres just over a week ago I left a review ratiing 3 stars because they couldn't do my tracking. After speaking to Carl at Protyre who apologized for the inconvenience and explained the reason, I will now take my car in for tracking. Thank you for explaining in detail and your phone call. Always great service at Elmbridge tyres / Protyre

Because of a transport problem, Protyre allowed us to drop off the car the night before. We picked up the vehicle the following working day and the MOT and service has been carried out at the quoted price. They even supplied some minor items : light bulbs etc absolutely free of charge. Really happy. Thank you

Andrew is a life saver and everyone here is nice and friendly. After After a very stressful morning travelling from Devon Andrew managed to squeeze us in and sort our problem before I had a mental brake down. And we could get on our way to Donnington he Offered us tea/coffee and chatted to us to keep us from stressing any more. 100% a life saver and saved our trip!!
