I booked a free air conditioning check with Protyre expecting an actual diagnostic service, as advertised on the website. However, when I arrived, I was asked what I specifically wanted them to check, and then informed that the only thing they could actually do was check the pressure. I was also told they couldn’t properly diagnose the system or tell me what was actually wrong with the air conditioning if there was a fault. This was very misleading considering the website gives the impression that a proper air conditioning check is being carried out. Because of this, I left without having anything done, as you guys wouldn’t actually do what I booked the appointment for. I was hoping you could identify the issue so I could then book the repair afterwards, but instead it turned out to be a pointless visit. I genuinely don’t understand why a company would advertise a service that they aren’t actually equipped to perform. After this experience, I won’t bother using this company again and will happily drive further to go somewhere else in future.

Totally professional service today when I took my Ford Puma in to have my TPMS sensors checked and replaced.
Callum looked after me, keeping me informed at all times and my issues were dealt with within 2 hours, on a very busy day for them.
He is a very pleasant and professional Gentlemen, and we had a good laugh when I went off with the wrong keys.
Highly recommended.
