Proper honest garage.
I chose Protyre to have a discounted MOT because it was so easy to pick a date and time on there very good website and the conformation came back to my email very quickly. Looking at the workshop and office space the general appearance was very clean, tidy and spacious unlike some garages. My Tiguan failed it's MOT and Keith at the desk informed me in detail what needed to be done and how they were going to do it which I liked. I got the work done the next week so didn't have to pay for a retest and at a very reasonable price as well. If you're not sure what garage to chose in Tavistock I would recommend using Protyre for there honesty and professional attitude.

Very quick and efficient, but very impersonal.
Customer concerns are ignored, as long as technical matters are on point.
Good service, don’t get me wrong, but I left with an annoying issue persisting on my car - which was not addressed - however, the service itself has been carried out by the book.
Mixed feelings… 🙁

Appointment for two new tyres was at 14.30, got there at 14.15 and car was taken straight in.
Only took about 30 mins, I’d already paid online so all in all a very quick turn around.
