The service was good and efficient however not one person smiled and I felt at times to be a bother to them. I have used Jeffries Tyres a few times and always felt welcome but not this time. I won't be going back.

I dropped my car off for a to repair a slow puncture, the team checked the tyres all round and shown me ware on two rear tyres. They also gave a competitive price for two new tyres and alignment, which I accepted all these works were completed in the same day, without causing any. Complication to my day. Many thanks to the whole team at the Latchford branch

I bought a Groupon voucher for an aircon re-gas. I phoned to book an appointment and the person I spoke to in the Warrington branch was polite and helpful and I was able to get a suitable slot in 2 days time. It took just over an hour to do. No hard sell on other items unlike similar visits I’ve had to ATS / Kwikfit etc..

Wheel alignment carried out.
I was going on holiday in 3 days and realised I hadn't got round to getting my wheel alignment sorted which had needed doing for months.
I managed to get an appointment for the next working day and at a time that suited.me, all booked and paid for online.
When I arrived the office was very busy but the two staff were very courteous and checked everyone in. I was told to come back in an hour but left it for 1 1/2 hours and when I returned the job was completed and the van parked up outside.
The price was very reasonable and the service excellent.
