Price and availability good, but wrongly inflated tyres.
The price and choice of tyres good, Good a availability near me. Let down by the fact that each tyre was inflated to different pressures and also to the incorrect pressure even though the correct pressures were available to see in the driver's door.

Poorly completed puncture and alloy was…
Poorly completed puncture and alloy was dented. Only noticed when I got home so no point contacting them as I know they will argue it wasnt them! Honestly I wouldnt use this garage again.

Good service, friendly & professional.
Called in to enquire about a new tyre. Staff were friendly & very helpful. Booked for the tyre to be fitted & paid online as advised by member of staff. Arranged a convenient day & time, unfortunately slight mix up with the new tyre so had to return the following day when the tyre was fitted quickly. Competitive price. Would certainly use them again if needed.

Beware Online Booking. Check times with follow up phone call
I booked a service and MOT online weeks in advance to fit in with a meeting nearby. Firstly it was difficult to get the promised £10 discount online (but speedily sorted out after sending an email), secondly I was told that, although I had booked a 1.30 appointment for both, the online system had booked the MOT for 11.30 and service at 1.30 without reference to me! The Protyre staff were a little dismissive about it (glitches with new system apparently). As far as I know the servicing and MOT were OK.
