Fast efficient service with a smile

Had a nail removed from the offside rear tyer,not a problem i thought,but when i drove the car the low pressure indicator light didn’t go out,still on when i got home,checked the pressure and to my disbelief there was only 13psi pressure,should have had 33psi,increased the pressure to the proper pressure and waited for a few hours and rechecked the pressure,it was thankfully ok,obviously they hadn’t inflated the tyer to the correct pressure,very disappointing for a professional tyer fitter.

Easy booking system, friendly staff and a good value service was good, along with a spacious waiting room with a drinks machine.

It was Monday 19th January 2026. The driving and parking area at your premises was covered in ice. No attempt was made to grit the area, to make it safe for your customers or employees. You have a duty of care towards your customers and employees, but on this occasion that duty of care was sadly lacking.

The ordering of the tyres online was fine and the fitting was excellent but the tyres didn't turn up at the garage. I had two appointments before the tyres where available. The guy at the garage had to order them himself

Very good with regard to choice of tyres and fitment. However, I booked a time , took the car in on time and was told it would be about 40 mins, went back after 40 mins and the car hadn't been worked on. They said there were a lot of walk - ins and it was obvious the mechanics had not realised i had booked on-line. So poor organisation and not a happy customer!
