Spoke to PSA, confirmed my battery was in stock and placed order. Found out following day that IT dept had a spar battery. so I rang to cancel. Order was stopped and within an hour e mail to say refund will be with me within 72 hours

Spent over £600 on UPS batteries, they were problematic, attempting to contact customer services, sent three emails to them - one month later, no reply still...

A shame - years ago, they used to be very good and respond promptly to mails, now they just ignore you and hope you go away...

Avoid at all costs.

Purchased a replacement battery for a HP elitebook. Their sales staff recommended their off-brand option as they are "as good if not better than the original HP battery".

The battery should be 48000 mWh. However the battery they sent was charging far less than that. I contacted them and they exchanged the battery for another one and said that usually such batteries require several charge cycles to get to full capacity.
We are now several months on, and the battery charges to only 37,392 mWh - that is 20% less than what was promised. Honestly I don't care if an off-brand model underperformed, however I am annoyed that they went out of their way to convince me that it would be as good as the regular HP batteries.

I placed an online order with PSA Parts today (09th Dec 22), for a key part for my HP Printer 8100. Being this is an older model printer, parts are a challenge to obtain.

I called PSA to see if feasible to obtain part urgently for business reasons. Speaking with Andrew (in PSA), he was able to fast-track the item for me, and I'm expecting this part to arrive on Saturday 10th Dec 22.

Wrong battery sent to me;
After exchange, 1year and half the correct battery is out of order....
I contacted commercial service, but they did nothing (end of warranty !)

To już mój drugi kontakt z akumulatorami Duracell, pracującymi jako tańsza alternatywa dla ogniw oryginalnych. Pierwszy był akumulator do aparatu fotograficznego Olympus i po pozytywnych doświadczeniach postanowiłem dać Duracellowi drugą szansę przy wymianie akumulatora w laptopie. Nie chciałem kupować tanich chińskich ogniw ani pseudo-oryginalnych akumulatorów z AlliExpres czy Allegro. Lenovo okazało się bardzo paskudą firmą z uwagi na fakt blokowania akumulatorów obcych producentów. W tym miejscu pragnę serdecznie podziękować za pomoc Panu Dawidowi Czubie z telefonicznego centrum wsparcia Duracell (PSAparts). Dzięki Panu Dawidowi udało się dopasować akumulator, który w końcu został zaakceptowany przez mój laptop i to bez kombinacji w stylu hackowanie biosu Lenovo, opisywane na forach. Bardzo sympatyczne i pomocne rozmowy zarówno telefoniczne i mailowe okazały się tu zbawienne. Jeśli chodzi o temat wymiany akumulatora w laptopie, serdecznie wszystkim polecam właśnie firmę Duracell (PSAparts) właśnie z uwagi na wsparcie techniczne, długofalową pomoc, gwarancję, elastyczne podejście do klienta i dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Nie warto brać tanich produktów nieznanych producentów (zostajemy praktycznie sami z problemem) ani płacić krocie za oryginalne akumulatory (tu: Lenovo, gdzie wartość laptopa to około 500 zł a cena oryginalnego akumulatora, to ponad 800 zł). Jeszcze raz polecam!

I made an order back in November about replacing my camcorder battery where out of stock until this week , I had issues with the order , the company took time , and lesson to my complain and was resolved in a satisfactory conclusion,well recommended to get your replacement battery , and fast delivery.

I ordered several packs of Duracell Ultra AAA and AA batteries and found half were dead when I received them and most died after a very short time. Very disappointed

I ordered a laptop screen to India. Was waiting for three months - now I give up hope. Since the moment I ordered I was suspicious: no confirmation per Email. I wrote some Emails to the company because I felt strange about this and I had a special request. No responses per Email. Tryed to call several times - I don´t think there are any persons at the call center working. They tell you in the beginning there are 2 people before you, then - for hours - one person. I am totally angry and I´m quite sure this is somehow a fake company or one who doesn´t care at all. I personally don´t think the good reviews are real. If you don´t want to throw your money out of the window you better choose another company...

I bought a battery for my Dell E5510

It was working when I got it, but 1 month later it has stopped charging.

I thought it was my laptop, but the computer shop have comfirmed its the battery

I contact PSA, no response. Have to now go through my credit card to try & get a replacment/refund

Efficient supply of a replacement Samsung laptop battery.

Decided on an original Samsung battery, which is more expensive, but at least you know what you're getting. You don't replace laptop batteries that often!

Ordering and delivery worked as expected, likewise the battery itself.

First they send a powersupply that is missing a cord.
I email them telling them the cord is missing, no reply.
Then I get a hold of the missing cord elsewhere myself, and the powersupply doesn't work. I email them about it - no reply.
