Η εμπειρία μου με το customer service των καταστημάτων Public αποδείχθηκε πραγματικά απογοητευτική. Αποφάσισα να αγοράσω ένα προϊόν και αντί να το παραλάβω σε 48 ώρες, όπως είχα ενημερωθεί, έφτασε μετά από 10 ολόκληρες μέρες. Αυτό από μόνο του αρκεί για να προκαλέσει ανησυχία και απογοήτευση στον πελάτη. Ακόμη χειρότερο, όμως, είναι το γεγονός ότι η υπόσχεση για την τοποθέτηση του προϊόντος (σε 2 μέρες από την ημέρα της παραλαβής), όπως μου είχαν διαβεβαιώσει τηλεφωνικά πριν από την παραγγελία, απλά αγνοήθηκε και συνεχίζει να αγνοείται.
Μετά από επικοινωνία μέσω τηλεφώνου, μου δόθηκε η διαβεβαίωση ότι η εταιρεία που θα εγκαταστήσει το προϊόν θα επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου μέχρι τη Δευτέρα 18/9 για να κανονίσουμε το ραντεβού. Δυστυχώς, αυτή η υπόσχεση δεν τηρήθηκε, καθώς δεν έλαβα καμία επικοινωνία από την εταιρεία. Στη συνέχεια, προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω μέσω Facebook και έλαβα τη διαβεβαίωση ότι η εταιρεία θα επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου την Τρίτη 19/9. Και πάλι, αυτή η υπόσχεση δεν τηρήθηκε καθώς δεν έλαβα καμία επικοινωνία από την εταιρεία. Αυτή η αδιαφορία και ανεπάρκεια στην επικοινωνία με τον πελάτη είναι απογοητευτική και δημιουργεί αίσθηση αποστροφής για την εταιρεία.
Σίγουρα υπάρχουν πολύ πιο ενδιαφέροντες τρόποι για να διαθέτουμε τον χρόνο μας από το να πρέπει να σας αναζητούμε στο τηλέφωνο και στα social media, υπενθυμίζοντας σας τις υποχρεώσεις σας. Είναι δυσάρεστο να αντιμετωπίζουμε αυτήν την αναστάτωση λόγω της μη τήρησης των υποσχέσεών σας. Βάσει Ευρωπαϊκής οδηγίας, “Όταν οι εταιρίες διαφημίζουν, πωλούν ή προμηθεύουν προϊόντα, οφείλουν να σας δίνουν επαρκώς ακριβείς πληροφορίες, ώστε να μπορείτε να αποφασίζετε για την αγορά ενός προϊόντος πλήρως ενημερωμένοι”. Απαγορεύονται οι “παραπλανητικές πρακτικές”, είτε με πράξη (παροχή ψευδούς πληροφορίας) είτε με παράλειψη (απόκρυψη σημαντικής πληροφορίας).
Οι πελάτες αξίζουν την ειλικρίνεια και τον σεβασμό σας. Είναι άκρως απογοητευτικό να βλέπεις μια εταιρεία να δείχνει τόση αδιαφορία για τους πελάτες της.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I placed an order and have not received a tracking code or any information on the delivery, other than the order reference. When I called the customer service I was on hold for over 30min without eventually getting an answer.

after 1 month of waiting they told us to give us back some coupons to purchase something else instead of the laptops..
They can't deliver our product, they don't wont tto return our money back I am goin to call them thiefs.

Rubbish Product, Rubbish service
I bought a monitor from public and it was damaged. When I tried to return it they claimed that I damaged it and refused to replace it.
The monitor had a cluster of damaged cells on the top left hand side. Their service department kept it to check it. When they returned it to me it would not even switch on.
A compny run by liars
I ordered a travel guide and received a notification that they are looking for it at their suppliers. I called them the same day and they told me don't worry we found it, we will send it in two weeks. Two weeks later I call them and they tell me we are still looking for it. This company is run by liars, avoid doing any business with them.
Do not buy a gift card
A friend bought a gift card for me, but due to a "technical problem" as they call it, I cannot buy anything. They deny any return to the gift card buyer or any other similar solution. The issue persists after 20 days. The customer service has left me calling for 10 days (and counting) without providing any actual help. I am just waiting for them to resolve their own issue and when they finally call me they ask me for feedback on their problem.

A lot of products are marked as available to misguide
A lot of products are not available, even thought it says that it is. You make an order, you pay off the whole amount and products gets into "extensive search" for even 3 months, while withholding your money, and the product and when the product is never found, they refund you. This results on missing on products that where released on limited editions.

I tried to buy twice at a discount iphone and each time the price turned out to be without a discount.

I ordered a single book which was supposedly immediately available. Soon after I was informed by email that there was a much longer delivery window. That then got narrowed down to either Monday or Tuesday of this last week. As today is Friday and their online tracking system still shows Monday or Tuesday, I cancelled the order on their website. HOWEVER, I didn't receive any confirmation of the cancellation and then, three hours later, suddenly I receive an email that my order is ready for pickup!
Meanwhile, they CHARGED my credit card immediately when I placed my order, not when the book became available. That's simply unethical.
Whatever notifications we've had from them have been all over the place -- one by SMS, one on Viber, one by email. Seriously, what the ...?!
Talked with them twice this morning to complain about the whole crappy experience. They didn't appear to really care and just said the book was ready for pickup. They DID say that they "value feedback so that they can become even better." :-) good luck on that one, Public!
Ordered a TV and they kept changing the…
Ordered a TV and they kept changing the delivery date. Please note that while ordering their system was informing that the actual TV was in another branch a few km away so the transfer should have taken a day or two. Nope... the transfer or wherever they actually got the TV form took more than 3 weeks. The sad thing is that every time I contacted them they had no idea where the TV was... so they couldn't say for sure what was happening.
Another thing they do for SEO and confuse people is that the leave on their site millions of products they used to have and now show as unavailable without deleting them.

Don’t Go Here On A Weekend If Possible
This store gets busy. I have found that if you want something from a busy section, you literally have to go to other sections to find a person who can help you. The person who helped me, even though it was not his area, was able to get me the answer I needed which for me, unfortunately, was that they didn’t have my item even though it said online that it was in the store.

After my several calls and one week later rhey brought the right device without telling me how they will solve the issue and how they will pay the loss of the damaged food and one week of leaving without a freezer. Μου στάλθηκαν τρία student’s books αντί για δυο και ένα workbook αντί για δυο πριν δέκα μέρες!
Έχω επικοινωνήσει τέσσερις φορές μέχρι τώρα κι ακόμη να σταλεί το σωστό βιβλίο για να γίνει ανταλλαγή!!!
