Friendly staff that are very approachable with lots of cool unique designs in store would definitely recommend.

There's a great vibe in the store, the staff will always help with anything you need, if you're looking for anything specific or general questions, and would just overall recommend checking them out.

Widely known for thsi company to use AI, as well as sell poor quality and non-ethical products. It's just as bad as other fast fashion. It doesn't align with the punk view at all.

I wish I'd read the reviews on here before making a purchase. It started off ok - I ordered 3 tubs of hair dye and was contacted to say that in fact only 2 were in stock and was I ok to wait for the 3rd one. I said yes. That was over 5 months ago, with me chasing at regular intervals to find out what's happening. Most frustrating is that the missing item shows as in stock on their website. I've given up now and have got a refund from PayPal. Genuinely appalling store with inept customer service that fobs you off or just plain ignores you. Give someone else your money!

I contacted them for a collab and they proceeded to ask me a lot of questions for the shipping of the products, I’m a creator and I spent a lot of time talking to them and choosing the products. After a few informations I gave to them, they disappeared with no reason. After a week and a half I’ve sent more than 5 messages with no reply, and after a few more messages they told me that they would not ship the products to me from UK to Italy.
I’ve told them that they could have told me that in the first place without making me lose further time, I also sent their Trustpilot asking why so many bad reviews. They told me that they were all fake and after that I told them to stop saying lies because I expose liars publicly, they blocked me.
IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO WORK WITH PEOPLE, DO NOT WORK WITH PEOPLE!

Placed an order on 28th November and money left my account on the same day, however, other than a confirmation email that was sent at the same time, I have heard nothing more, no update or despatch info or any correspondence, I did email to ask what was going on but just got sent the original confirmation again. I can only assume that I probably won't see my order or my money again! Lesson learned.... do not order on line from this shop.

I wouldn't know what my order is like as I haven't received it! I have emailed and messaged them. Although staff in the store where very helpful.

Amazing place friendly staff I usually take my friends from Liverpool in when they come over to visit. A must visit for anyone into alternative clothing/accessories.🤘

Staff was extremely horrible and rude. I got told that I could return item of clothing back and get full refund. When I tried to return it they said no only credit note and that it was my fault because i didnt look at their website even though im not from here and have never heard of this shop before. Never go into this shop again.

This shop is mainly aimed for gothic or emo people, I would recommend if your starting on the style

I ordered two items that were delivered separately, unfortunately Evri messed up and I only received one of them.

I contacted Punk'd Image on whatsapp and got a very quick response, and a very much appreciated full refund on the item, even though it was Evri's fault. Very happy with the resolution

Bought some pants from here in a 2xl, went to return them the next day as they were far too small, even the 4xl was too small and I’m usually a size 18-20 (typically no bigger than 2xl). I asked for a refund but was told I could only get store credit even though the only thing that fit me was a small selection of graphic tees I didn’t really like, not even the belts fit me. Ended up with a £15 t shirt I did not want and a £20 credit voucher. I emailed to explain this and ask for a refund and heard no response, now my credit voucher is expired (only 14 days to use it) and based on what my friend has said there is no new stock to spend it on anyway. Overall wasted £35 I will never get back judging by the way the owner replies to other reviews.

Great service on line and received the items within the week.
Great prices and good quality also, so go fill your boots..
