Horrendous experience from start to end.
Useless, I signed up for this gym with a day pass that did not work yet according to the email I received it signed me in and out at a time that I had no access to the gym.
Tried accessing the gym again using a buddy pass a few days later to yet again more issues, couldn't access this pass as I needed to be a new user despite not having any active membership, no members of staff on site to help and no phone number to call, complete scam of a gym and I won't waste my time again trying to use it.

Abby Powell aka Powells Pursuit has the best classes

PureGym Cardiff Bay
Good range of clean facilities. Love the classes, especially Jess & Karen's (Kaz) cycles. Kaz has also empowered me to use parts of the gym which I wouldn't have before. She's helped me devise a plan to recover from an injury and it's going great!

Great gym
Great gym. Very reasonably priced and the classes are a great work out. Special mention to Abby. Your pump classes are the best and I look forward to it every week!

Great range of equipment and space in…
Great range of equipment and space in comparison to other gyms in the area. You can pay twice the price for less equipment elsewhere. Trainers are always friendly especially Abbey who organises lots of out of gym events. Great Team down there.

I absolutely love PureGym Cardiff Bay
I absolutely love PureGym Cardiff Bay! The cleanliness is impressive; the staff are constantly maintaining a spotless environment. The team are exceptional and incredibly supportive. As a first-time gym member, I felt a bit anxious, but Otis, one of the personal trainers, was fantastic. He patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the gym, making me feel at ease. Now, as my personal trainer, I couldn’t ask for a better coach! He is not only an inspiring mentor but also a constant source of motivation. The entire staff are friendly and welcoming. Thank you, Otis, and thank you, PureGym! 💪🏼

Really accessible gym with facilities clean and in good working order.
For training, I recommend Abby, always friendly and really knowledgeable. Her enthusiasm is contagious.

Amazing gym
Amazing gym, very clean and tidy and always staff on hand to help. Abby is absolutely amazing and helped me so much to understand the equiptment and put me through my paces in a spin class.

I always thought that gyms were not a pleasant experience but Puregym in Cardiff Bay proved the exception with friendly staff and great facilities so much so that I visit several times a week.

Abby classes
Been going to the gym for about 3 years. The classes are fantastic. Abby’s burn class in particular I really like. The energy and encouragement she brings is amazing!

What can i say..but i love the classes by Kaz. The cycle classes are insanely good, with epic house music. Pump and the other classes are just as good! Thanks for being so motivational
