We have recently had shutters fitted throughout our home. From beginning to end the company could not be faulted. From Sue doing our initial quotation and measurements to the two lovely, polite and helpful young men who fitted them. When our deadline overran because of COVID as soon as we contacted Purely Shutters we were assured they would be with us within the next two weeks, which they were. We were contacted regarding the date and time of fitting and they arrived on time. Everyone we spoke to in the company was more than helpful, very friendly and could not do enough to help us. FIRST CLASS SERVICE. The quality of the shutters is second to none, far superior for the money we have paid. We were recommended by friends and will not hesitate to recommend your company to any of our friends. My husband is a decorator and has had business cards from Sue to pass on should he be asked if he knows of a good company to supply shutters. The shutters have made a big difference to our home, it feels and looks cosier, and seems to stop a lot of the outside noise. I found Purely Shutters by chance and chose them because they had an excellent web site, were a family run firm and had such great reviews. In spite of Covid restrictions I found the service , from Ralph who came to measure through to the final fitting , was professional and helpful. The blinds are lovely and we are so thrilled we have ordered more.

The whole experience with Purely Shutters has been excellent from start to finish. We contacted Kirsty during lockdown and she very quickly provided us with a virtual consultation. We were a bit nervous about measuring the windows ourselves but Kirsty guided us through the process clearly and very reassuringly. My experience with Purely Shutters from start to finish was exceptional, from Kirsty’s first visit to the day of the fitting the customer service was great keeping me informed all along even though we had shutdown just after I placed my order.
Kirsty gave me some good advice and ideas and I have to say my shutters look amazing and dress the rooms perfectly giving me the look I was hoping for. My conservatory looks like a totally different room now, just beautiful .

I ordered my shutters back in February and as we all know everything got delayed due to the dreadful pandemic. However, as a customer service director myself, I have to say I have never experienced such amazing service as that received from Purley Shutters. From the very first visit, the lady was lovey. They constantly kept me updated, always there to help. The service from the team on the phone was second to none, I got text and email updates. The gentleman who arrived to fit was amazing, great job, very courteous, left the room looking wonderful. The quality of the service an the product are top notch and I would recommend to anyone. I had my shutters fitted yesterday and they look amazing. I ordered them during lockdown so slight delay but definitely worth the wait. I choose the mdf 76mm with hidden rods and they look fantastic. The fitter (apologies I can’t remember his name) made an excellent job, faultless service. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending purely shutters. Thank you!
