We have been a client at Pure Offices in Gloucester for three years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Trudi and her team of Claire, Alison and Ellen are always approachable and have created a site with an extremely friendly vibe. The facility is clean, well situated and well maintained (the maintenance guys are always visible and very helpful). I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent a shared workspace.

I would like to raise a complaint about Melanie H., the Office Manager at Edinburgh Park.

My colleagues and I have repeatedly experienced and witnessed unprofessional behaviour from her. She often speaks to tenants and cleaning staff patronisingly, and her management style is overly controlling, particularly in spaces that businesses are paying to use.

This is not a one-off issue. On several occasions, people have tried to address concerns or resolve misunderstandings with her calmly, but have been met with dismissiveness, rather than any attempt to handle things constructively. This has created an uncomfortable environment to work in.

As it stands, Melanie's behaviour is unacceptable for someone in her position, and it would be worth Pure Offices reviewing whether a different approach to management is needed at this site.

Pure Offices in Leamington Spa has been a fantastic place to work. The space well kept and office manager is incredibly responsive, any query or request is handled quickly and professionally. I also really enjoy the programmes and events they host and cant wait for the upcoming breakfast event, which create a great sense of community within the building. Their continued efforts and involvement in charity work are truly admirable and make being part of this space even more rewarding. Highly recommend!

We booked a room at Pure Offices at Warwick and were so pleased with everything. So accessible from the M40, the room had everything we needed but most of all Kate was so helpful (especially when we left a phone behind!).
We will have no hesitation on booking again.

Hollie Clark and her team go above and beyond to create a professional, welcoming, and well-managed business park. The facilities are well-maintained, and requests or issues are handled promptly and efficiently. Their friendly approach makes a real difference. Pure Office is great place to have your business. We have been fortunate to be with Pure Office in Oxford Since Feb 2012 and we have all facilities, office, meeting rooms, parking, kitchen and there lots more. I would like to thank Pure Offices management for providing us with all facilities. Large, medium or small business gets the same treatments.

Lovely place to work. We have a nice office! It is super clean and tidy, with lots of places to park, and places to eat nearby!
It's nice and quiet, with lots of trees and plants by our window so its nice to look out and see birds and squirrels!

The management team are wonderful. Hollie is always a huge help.

Pure Offices are a lovely place to work.
The management at the Port Solent location are polite, friendly and professional. They go out of their way to make coming to work enjoyable, providing communal activities and themed events. The communal areas are always kept clean, tidy and well maintained.

Since our business moved to Pure Offices (Port Solent) six months ago, we’ve felt very welcome. Natalie and Julie are always happy to help, and they do so with a warm and friendly approach.

The monthly events they organise are a great touch, making us feel like part of a wider community rather than just another office.

The space itself is always clean and well-maintained, with everything we need—and the communal coffee machine is a definite bonus!

If you’re looking for office space, we’d highly recommend it!

Cant recommend Pure Offices in Longbridge enough. Great location, all motor way accesses and amenities so close. Staff are absolutely incredible (thankyou Vicky & Steph), nothing too much trouble. The residents are amazing too, we are like one big office family. It was a great move for our business. Thanks to you all for making us feel so welcomed.

Pure Offices - Longbridge is brilliant. I wish I could give it 10 stars. I was here when the centre was owned by another company and Pure Office have more than improved it.

The centre is kept clean and tidy, the networking events feel more like meeting with friends.
We are kept up to date with relevant information. I would recommend Longbridge to anyone looking for a space, big or small.

We have been at Pure Offices in Weston-super-Mare for a year now and I can't sing the praises of Sarah and the team enough. Nothing is too much effort or a problem and Sarah always greets you with a warm smile and friendliness. The networking events are a great way to meet others in the building too. All in all we won't be leaving here anytime soon!

We’ve been at Pure Offices Leamington for over five years and have only positive things to say. Helen and her team are incredibly welcoming and have always been quick to offer assistance when needed. During our time here, the facilities have undergone several upgrades, and there’s a continual effort to improve the space for the benefit of its occupants. Additionally, the cleanliness and maintenance are consistently of a high standard, and any issues or concerns are promptly addressed.

Would highly recommend Pure Offices, the premises are clean, well maintained and at the Welwyn Office they have regular events throughout the year, which is great for networking with internal businesses. Serena & Julie are amazing, always helpful, friendly, and look after everyone. Designated parking bays are available and with CCTV to overlook the car park and a barrier, your cherished vehicle is safe & secure.

Pure Offices Gloucester office facilities are excellent, and Trudi (Centre Manager) and her team are always extremely professional and helpful. Trudi ensures, as Site Manager, that everything is facilitated efficiently and effectively. Highly recommended!

We have an Office in the Weston-Super-Mare branch and could not be happier. Sarah the office manager is brilliant, runs lots of fun events and is always cheerful. Would certainly recommend office space here.

We have had a great experience with our office in Worle ! Pure office offer very easy to use and secure office space! The manager of the building Sarah is always on hand for any questions and assistance ! The building is well managed and there is a good atmosphere amongst the business owners/employees.
