I've been using this snore guard for 10+ years. I have experimented with a few others but I always come back to Pure Sleep. I even had a sleep study done as my Dr. wasn't sure it actually worked. But the study showed that it did. I don't have to use a C-Pap! I will continue to be a customer.

I have purchased PureSleep for my husband (3rd purchase) & I have been able to get a good nights sleep! I would HIGHLY recommend Pure Sleep!!!!

This is the best product ever when it comes to stopping snoring. I have been a loyal customer for many years and will continue to be as long as I want to sleep with my wife at night and not snore.

Have been my choice for a long time. Tried others but the did not measure up !

PureSleep was recommended by a specialist when he said my snoring is heredity, and due to physical throat issue. My whole family had been snorers.Finally discovered that my waking and lack of sleep was NOT due to needing to pee, but my husband was gently waking me up to get me to not snore! I'd wake up and decide I must have awakened to take a bathroom break.
Anyway, it only took me a couple of nights to get used to it, now I can't sleep without it. Husband said it's a miracle. I have used it about 4 years, recently trying a less expensive one. I ordered another from PureSleep...Enough said..

Does not work. Dont waste ur money please

Product does not fit a wide set mouth/teeth, and they don’t have an option for it so it’s probably fine if you have perfect U shaped teeth

Purchased one device 9-29-19. I received it weeks later. Followed instructions and used it for about a month. It was uncomfortable. I called the company and they said I should return it and get it replaced. I did and the new one broke weeks later. I sent it back months ago but never got a replacement. I called (put on hold for 15 min) so I emailed them yesterday 4-29-20 and asked about the replacement. They emailed me back that I could only exchange it for 60 days so I would need to buy another. I said it broke which you saw when I sent it back and that's a warranty issue. They refused to give me a new one or refund my money. Don't buy this product! They don't stand behind it. Junk! Today I received an email on this site from Pure Sleep, 7 months after I posted this review! They now are willing to send me a new devise. To little to late! This qualifies as my worst customer service experience. They obviously are hurting for business and looking for ways to stop the bleeding! My review as well as the many others have hurt this company. I own a service company for decades. When my customers call with a problem I resolve it on the first call not seven months later. Shame on Pure Sleep. “We make the bed we lye in”

I think I was very clear that you failed. Don’t you think in the seven months you didn’t respond, I purchased a competitors? And their unit worked the first time. Enough said!

Thank you so much for developing this product. My husband was snoring so bad I was typically up for hours every. We got the mouth guard on Saturday and he prepped it and now all I can say is I have actually slept 3 nights in a row. The only complaint he has is that he says it makes his jaw a little sore. Other than that he is getting better sleep also.

I started consistently snoring in my 50s. Old flabby throat, I suppose. It was getting to be a problem for my husband because I snore in all positions. I've tried other one size fits all snore appliances and they hurt my teeth something terrible and make it feel like it's shifting my whole bite. This one does not. The material can be boiled and fitted to your bite and then gets firm and stays that shape. Others I've tried the material is so soft that it softens up with the heat of your mouth when you sleep and that's when it changes shape and make my teeth and jaw ache.

This one is a little smaller too. Others are just giant. I guess they're made mostly for men as they tend to be snorers more than women. The Pure Sleep appliance it a good size for smaller mouths. This is the best one I've come across for myself anyway.

My Wife is recommending these to her friends - enough said!

My snoring was a source of continuous sleepless nights for my wife, occasionally resulting in her looking for some sleep in other beds in the house. She even said I would occasionally stop breathing, which scared her.

Takes a few weeks to get used to it, and occasionally my teeth ache a bit in the morning....... but I am thankful for this product. I'm sure my heath has improved as well!

I have been using Pure Sleep for more than 10 years. It works great! I started wearing it so my wife could get a good night's sleep. I didn't realize how much my snoring was affecting me as well. Now, I wear it so we both can get a good night's sleep.

I first started using Pure Sleep after I did a sleep study and was told I have sleep apnea and needed a Cpap machine. I started using Pure Sleep and went back for another sleep test 6 months later wearing my Pure Sleep during the test. Guess what - no sleep apnea!

These things are great. We got instant results. I recommend them to everyone
