Decided after numerous years to get an instant hot water tap. After reading various reviews went for Qettle because we found a quality tap that we liked but mainly because of the price. Delighted with the result, so quick and easy to use

First impression of my new Qettle is really good. It was installed today and works fine. The Qettle Installer did a good job.

We have the signature classic, gold 4-1, it’s brilliant, reaches 100 degrees and has a good size tank.

After 18month we had a slight issue, the company replaced the tank within 5 days and provided a really easy to follow video which I was able to follow and replace in less than 30 mins.

Great product and customer service.

Order was placed and delivered in a couple of days, even in December. All well packed and nice quality fittings, it was straightforward to install. The leak detection system is a bonus as well. The tap itself is smooth and easy to use, simplicity at its best!

Where do I start, I haven't taken it out of my damaged kitchen cupboard yet but when I do I'll record putting it in the skip. Worked well for maybe a year... and then it started, one day before due on holiday one of the pipes that connected to the hot burst off, spraying hot water all over my wife and the kitchen. I decided not to take action for the product being dangerous, which it was, imagine if I'd have gone on holiday with nobody in the house. When I reported this they were not very helpful. Wouldn't send someone out even though this could have been so much worse. They sent a replacement part and told me they had faulty pipes delivered (mmm), I had to replace this myself. Then the leaks started, over a period of another year I think every part was replaced. I had my plumber do it who has done all of my house plumbing and is excellent. I finally turned the unit off early in 2025, my kitchen cupboard is virtually ruined and for a product that costs so much the service was so poor. Sure, they sent parts out easily... but that doesn't solve problems. Even though this product could have burnt me and my wife badly no one senior followed up, this could have gone legal but I'm not like that, I just wanted a working product. Now, sadly, we just use a kettle. I so wanted this to work out, especially as it's a British company. If you're considering a hot tap, do your research.

We love it, but sometimes it steams and spits, reassuring us it's boiling; other times, not so much, and we wonder whether it is truly boiling. Had to change to more expensive tea bags to avoid scum, but it still happens a little. Overall, pleased though and would give five stars without these issues.

A top quality stainless steel boiling water tap. Perfect 100 degree filtered water. The 4 litre version purchased fits neatly into the top corner of a kitchen base unit. Don’t look elsewhere, just buy Qettle.

Brilliant tap highly recommend great after service too

After a lot of consideration and research I chose the qettle 4 in 1 tap to fit in my home. As a plumber I’ve fitted a few hot water taps but never a qettle.
Excellent product and instructions very useful for installation.
Will be recommending this products to my future customers.

Was on the fence for ages about a boiling water tap. Hit buy during black Friday and now I can't stop recommending it to everyone.

We bought a Quettle some months ago, but it developed an electrical fault. I contacted the company by phone and within minutes was promised a replacement tank which arrived two days later. The replacement tank was off a new and vastly improved design - a thermos flask design rather than foam insulation and overall we are delighted with the outcome. Great service!
