Fantastic company! Used them twice now and both cars have given me no issues.

Really happy with my new car. I was given loads of information over the phone before even visiting the premises so I knew what sort of service I was getting. The men were really knowledgable and friendly, even taking the time to be kind to my children who were trying to run around!
I wasn’t sure what sort of vehicle I was after with a larger family but all my concerns were met & we love our bee car which got loads of use over the summer holidays & will do again now the school runs have started!
I’d be happy to recommend anyone to use them.

Bought my car 5 months ago and it completely broken down the repairs are £2,500 and this garage won’t even help me with a hire car let alone even half of the repairs infact not even £50 I’ve been offered nothing ZERO help
They have completely turned there back on me
Also they said car would be serviced it was not serviced and was not even cleaned

Highly recommend this company, very quick to get you in the car you want and very reliable!

Avoid at all costs!

Purchased a vehicle from here in November 2023,10 days later the vehicle dangerously cuts out when coming to a stop. Car was returned for repairs and I was assured the problem was sorted.

Next few days, same thing happened and vehicle struggled to start again. Again, car returned and assured it was fixed but issues persisted.

Rejection of the vehicle was ignored and it took a reputable garage to do two independent reports on the vehicles faults for it to be finally rejected via the Finance company. This process took six months!

The independent inspection proved that parts that I had been assured had been replaced by 'QUALITY Cars and Commercials' hadn't and I had just been lied too.

To date they still haven't returned my deposit. The vehicle was clearly faulty when it was sold to me and I had to prove that faults existed and the promises made over rectification works were just lies.

Beware, the vehicle is up for sale again! Please don't buy and find yourself in the same situation

this is my 2nd vehicle from the guys at quality cars. popped in on the off chance that the vehicle I wanted the Ka+ was still availble. Was deal with by Kully who was very professional and guided me through the process. Didn't think i would be able to get the finance due to my credit score, but they managed to get my finance with a zero deposit. The car was delivered to me on Tuesday as previously advised. Did have to call them regarding a warning light for my tyre pressure sensors, but I spoke to casper who advised me to take it to the local tyre place and to get the work done on their account. Very pleased with the car.

Words cannot describe how bad this company is. Lets just say, he (luke) as he called himself, but most probably a lie has scammed me out of over £50k.

Car not as described, further faults and missing parts found after driving away. Returned the car for full refund which he agreed to via email, signed contract for refund of purchase price after he inspected the car, then refuses to refund the full amount, trying to deduct admin fees, vehicle prep, cost for removing his own personalised plate!

He has basically stolen over £50k of my money, and left me with no choice but to take legal action to get it back.

Ads changed on his website after the purchase to try and cover his back. Pictures were out-of-date and he'd done another 4000 miles in the car since taking the pictures.

I have a contract signed by him for the full refund, emails confirming his agreement to the full refund, a and copies of all his ads before and after his changes.

Total scam company. Do not buy anything from them. If you have any problems, you will lose ALL your money!

Bunch of crooks. Sold me a silver Audi Q7 2010 which had problems. I had the car for about a week before problems started popping up. The car had a split in the power steering pipe and leaked fluid everywhere. So I got the finance company to return the car. They sent a surveyor out to check the car which he then put a OBD reader on the car which flagged up faults like a turbo problem and broken circuits on rear lights and also with the reverse sensor. There was also a problem with the Bonnet catch, passenger speaker, passenger handle, broken rear tray and various other bits that were at fault before time of sale. Then when it came time for the car to get picked up and taken back they said they wanted nothing to do with it and I would have to take it back myself. Bunch of crooked monkeys!!. After the car was taken back they then went and told the finance company that I had scratched the car in various places and I had done 1000 miles in it. Even though I only had it for a week and only used the car for shopping before the car started leaking liquid. Then it was parked at the garage for nearly 3 months and out of the way of any other cars. So no way I had done that many miles and got the scratches there. Plus’s the car had scratches on it the day of purchase which was minimal and I sorted out most of them myself….. these guys are not to be trusted and check the cars you buy from them…. Take as many detailed pictures as you can of the car on the day you get it as they will try to rip you off if you need to take the car back for any reason. Ps. They put the car back up for sale on the same site less than a week after having it back. Beware and be warned… good luck.

Iv just seen the reply to my statement from kris at qualitycarsandcommercials and every thing he has said is lies. I had the car a week and no longer before the power steering pump split. I had put 1000 miles on the car within the week and 100 miles of that was getting it back home from dealership…. And to add we don’t own a dog so if there was dog hair in the car then it would have been there from when I purchased it from you.and it was cleaned ready for the transport company to bring it back to you.. You say you fixed the pump problem but what about the dodgy turbo! And the rear lights and sensors for the parking, plus the broken speaker, bonnet catch and other bits wrong with it?.
“we had a 3 month warranty also which the finance company was aware of the problem a week after having the car!. The car was stood for over 3 months because your company refused to collect the car and told me I needed to get it back on my own merit even though it wasn’t drivable. I had no help from this company at all to get the car picked up. It was me that got that arranged!!.

As you can see they make up stories and excuses to make them selves feel better. It doesn’t matter the age of the car what matters is I had it a week then it failed. So tried to give it back and they didn’t want to know.

DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THERE CARS

This place needs reporting to trading standards, they say to call if any issues but, they have no after care service and refuse to refund within the 14 day period set by law. This trader is nothing less than a despicable trader. I would not recommend ☹️

The staff are all friendly and no pressure on customers so viewing cars was a nice experience. I brought a car and was looked after by John who helped and advised me along the way. Thanks for making my transaction a positive experience. Will definitely recommend . Thanks 😊

Avoid this place. The cars are filthy, the cars are heavily over priced, the staff are pushy and shady. Be warned ⚠️
