If you’re looking for a work life balance, this is not it. Expect to put in a PTO request for one day three weeks ahead of schedule. Just for them to take every single day to decide and wait until 30 minutes before your shift to deny your approval. If you ever want to have a day off for yourself or you need to go to your kids birthday party, etc. be prepared for service levels to completely ruin your day every single time.

Dreadful experience trying to return a product called Block Blitz.QVC said do not send it back to them and gave me an address.The people at this address said ,do not send it to this address and gave me another address.I checked with QVC again to be told this is not correct!Surely a descent Company would step up to the plate and take charge and get this sorted out.They are leaving it all to me and I am getting nowwhere as both are not taking responsiblity! Be careful what you order!!!!!!

Bin seit Jahren Kundin bei QVC und habe gemischte Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Produktauswahl ist wirklich vielfältig und man findet oft interessante Sachen, die es so im normalen Handel nicht gibt. Besonders gefallen mir die ausführlichen Präsentationen der Moderatoren - da erfährt man wirklich alles über das Produkt. Allerdings sind die Preise manchmal schon ziemlich hoch, auch wenn sie immer von "unglaublichen Ersparnissen" sprechen.
Letzten Monat habe ich eine Küchenmaschine bestellt. Lieferung war schnell, aber die Qualität hat mich nicht ganz überzeugt für den Preis. Der Kundenservice war freundlich, als ich nachgefragt habe. Das Rückgaberecht ist praktisch, habe ich auch schon genutzt. Insgesamt okay, aber man sollte die Preise vorher vergleichen. Manche Angebote sind wirklich gut, andere eher überteuert.

Was a nice size, and cooked my chicken very tender and moist , and the roast potatoes they were lovely, not had it long only a few days I am 91yrs but found it very easy to use,

Every single piece of clothing looks like loungewear they cater to more weight, challenged people and when they do have extra smalls and petite they run out of them right away. However, 99.9% of the time the styles are nothing that I would want to buy. HSN is a little better, but not that much better they could do a killing if they change their business model with the old designers bring new ones and bring in clothing that people want not crap and the same recycled shit over and over and over again.

Unfair individual postage charges
Ordered 3 of the same item...Products were amazin but was charged for postage on each item even though they were packed an arrived altogether in the same bag? delivery charge is halved if you order more of the same item but I still think its crazy!!!
Cannot Delete Info They Collect on You
First of all, there is no way to delete your account yourself, you have to get Customer Service to do it. Second, I asked repeatedly to have any data and information they collected from me deleted, and they refused to answer my request.

This is about the pre paid labels. I had an item that was faulty so requested a pre paid label,that was on the 7 March 2026 for collection 14 March 2026.Evri turned up but no label,so he arranged with me to come back on the 18 march 2026,that would have been his 2nd attempt as and to quote QVC "they are paid to come back three times So I rang on the 17 March 2026 about another order and she sent another label as I mentioned Evri was coming back on the 18 March 2026,I did ask her not to re order the label but she had already done it,but it cancelled evri coming out as arranged on the 18 March 2026 so this second label was due for collection date of the 23 March 2026.The 23 March 2026 came,so did Evri at 10.30 am but no label,again.At 4 pm on the same day 23 March 2026 label arrives so I phone QVC to advise and also to see if they could get Evri back and again the member of staff said I have just ordered you two more labels collection will be the 30 March 2026,I ordered you two so at least you will get one,I asked if these two labels she had just ordered had the same number (last four digits ) on as they have to correspond to the number held on Evri hand held phone. Now ,I was advised by so many different people on the call centre different things like,for one the numbers have to link,then,you can use any label that turns up as they are valid for four weeks,and another one was,no you cannot use old labels,or it is Evri fault.At that point, I first clarified who sends the labels out,she responded qvc do but just looking at the dates the time from ordering the label to collection date is only 7 days and as the post from Royal mail is so bad the time given needs to be longer.However,it was explained a longer time for the label to get to customers could not be given as it was automated (computer says no)What! Can't it be adjusted as Evri has been turning up.I had stuck the label on from the 23 March 2026 and was told to take it off as it would not work but I left it on still waiting for the labels re the collection scheduled in for the 30 March 2026,I would re do the label then.In the meantime Evri arrived to drop off another parcel from a different company and asked if my QVC parcel was ready,I advised I was waiting for more labels and he said "let me just scan it whilst I'm here and guess what it was all ok on the old label! Who knew?Not qvc it seems.so the parcel went,I phoned QVC to advise as I wanted a tracking number as it was an old label and you don't get a receipt, that contact staff said it should not have scanned but I wouldn't get a tracking number anyway and she was surprised it scanned so how would I track this parcel,she didnt know so I rang back and got another contact who gave me a tracking number,hopefully it is the right one and I can track this parcel as it is a £107.some odd pence refund due back to me.Believe me this is the short version but today 3 April 2026 I get four prepaid labels turn up,nice but all this admin costs yes all of us pay, but QVC never used to be like this it was more organised and I have shopped with them 32 years,there is no consistency, as each person you speak to is polite but all saying different things,no guidance is there to assist customers, so sad.
Shipping took a bit but I did received my order
The shipping took more than I expected but I finally received my order and I couldn’t be happier plus they have a wide selection of good items at a good price.

After giving a poor review, QVC customer service contacted me and after emailing them back regarding my complaint they sorted it out and I now have my items.Thank you.
Attrocious delivery and customer service
A great price but I still haven't received the product. QVC's utter ineptitude in attempting to sort it out is staggering. Four days of attempted deliveries and still they haven't managed to work out which my house is, despite the house name being prominent on a short street of less than a dozen houses. Having looked at the other reviews I would say avoid like the plague.
Challenging Ordering and Return experience
My experience ordering boots from QVC was very challenging from start to finish. I called customer service because 2 orders were placed with order confirmation numbers, but Google wallet was not working. While on the phone with customer service, I went through adding a credit card to make a purchase. But the billing address wasn't correct and there was no way to change it on my end. Customer service manually fixed the billing address and the order finally went through.
Got the shoes they were too small. Went through return process. The QR code for the label was not on the page when I went back a second time. During the return process it took me through selecting a UPS store for the return. I went to the UPS store selected and they said they needed a return label. Had to call again to get a return label mail to me which was for USPS. So I was at the wrong store. Very confusing after I filled out this paperwork for UPS store.
QVC’s systems feel seriously outdated compared to Amazon. Way too much hassle for one pair of boots. Good luck!

Should have read the reviews before purchasing. This company just needs to cut its losses and file bankruptcy. The have been on a steady decline for years and they are almost sunk. All I wanted was a purse-that is it. Not complicated. But they complicated things. They sent me the wrong one-Sidecar Kelly Green is not remotely close to Cattarman Blue. They are making it "right" by shipping the "right" product but another week ish.

Antwort mails haben sie mit einmal nicht bekommen, wo ich eidesstattlich bestätigt habe dass ich die wahre nicht erhalten habe! Alle anderen mails kamen an !!

QVC Worse Than Loan Sharks!! Relative using shopping channel 20+yrs bank account recently hacked/ scammed substantial amount of funds, Notified QVC via emails/ customer care line been transparent all communication
No support what so ever! Staff do not respond to any emails over 1-month. QVC offers easy-payment options spreading into monthly smaller payments this enticing customers to buy more items due to smaller repayments which accumulates far more purchase than intended or need when purchases are multiple!
Very dangerous placing risks automatic payments being taken daily basis! Due to recent significant situation has opened our eyes. QVC must be held accountable to not offer easy pays to customers multiple orders!
Especially bumper offer weekends! QVC must monitor individual customers orders! Instead of placing too many automated orders without checking. QVC No customer care no responsibility to customers QVC and their staff have No empathy!! No understanding or care!
They have no morales should anyone is over spending can afford multiple items! Once payments set-up they have rights to all bank accounts customer owns / funds QVC automatically takes all set-up for purchases! QVC have no interest helping loyal customer to pay end of month. QVC staff members have No interest whatsoever foreseen circumstances difficulties. Even after speaking with customer care/ resolutions teams. I’m very disappointed unhappy how consumer shopping channels motivating nature targets mainly Middle Aged female/ women customers out of their money. Trading Standards, Which, Watch-Dog ? This tactic set-up should not be tolerated allowed 21-century preying on Humans emotional stressful situations etc..

Postage is disgraceful why not put two items in one bag ?
Much as I love qvc , I have shopped with them for years .
I am getting really fed up with the postage charges .
I was going to order a couple of tops had them in basket went to checkout and they wanted £3-95 for each item to be delivered when it could have easily gone in one bag . It’s getting beyond a joke now . If they don’t change folks will go elsewhere…. The two items would have cost less than that to post .
Think about us QVC … valued customers who get nothing from you for the loyalty we have shown you over the years . …
