I love my new Upvc white windows. Finished being installed Nov. 2025. I had 2 Bays, 5 Casements, new sliding patio window, new back door, and a beautiful composite red front door and surround. When I saw established 45 years it was a no brainer for me. I've had nothing but kindness from this company. They are a joy to work with. Amazing office staff. Lovely window fitters very fast, concientious, always on time, Very clean and tidy. I had the job done full house over the year. So it was very affordable for me. I've already saved money on my gas bill. Will probably pay for themselves over 8 years.They are a family run business and very, very, professional. Attention to detail is amazing. I've had no draughts, or leakage and the weather has been awful. My Upvc windows are very good quality. Thanks to Clive main man ( boss), Ian, Adam, Vicky and Katie in the office (very kind and helpful). Also thanks to window fitters Shaun and John and 2 others. From start to finish a 5 star service and product. The salesman was friendly and approachable, no pushy sales techniques just lots of knowledge and information so I could make an informed decision. I went ahead and ordered new windows and 2 doors for my house. I was kept up to date at all time with my order and installation date. The fitters arrived on time and were polite and clean and tidy and have done an amazing job at transforming my home. I really could not be happier with the finished product. I have had lovely comments from my neighbours and one of them has already booked in for an appointment with the lovely sales advisor. Thank you so much to the whole team. I would highly recommend.

Each individual team we worked with starting with our initial enquiry, surveyors, customer services choosing the windows & doors right though to pricing & fitting it couldn’t have been gone any smoother. I am very impressed with their attention to detail!

The team at Radcliffe Glass have the highest of standards, their level of professionalism was really refreshing to see from a nice local business, the staff are friendly & approachable which made working with this company a lot easier than larger corporate companies who don’t meet your expectations.

Great service from the team here at Radcliffe .From start to finish I have had great service, a brilliant price and the products are of a high standard. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a great company and a top job and even better communication then these are the people.

Very professional and good service. They came to give a quote which was written and returned the same day (via email) for 3 replacement windows. Once I had accepted and paid a deposit a survey was taken a week later to confirm measurements and specification. Then once the windows had been made got a fitting date and the 3 windows were done in half a day and they cleaned up after themselves taking all waste away. Very impressed with the new windows and the only problem (one handle was wrong colour) was rectified in 3 days with no problems.

Very swift considering it was over the Christmas period, received and accepted the quote 4th Dec and they were fitted 3rd Jan. The incorrect handle was replaced on the 5th Jan as it was only a 10 minute job once the correct handle arrived with them.

Had a conservatory and less than a year later, we have continuous leaking. we have already had RWAG to repair the leaks, but the roof was left in a terrible state and had to come back to put it right again. We are not perfectionists but we have had no stop leaking from the three velux windows and rain coming through the brickwork of our house. we are unable to put the radiators on as the they are not compatible with the sils.. unfortunately last winter the radiators picked and fitted by RWAG charred the sils and needed replacing. They promised they would replace the radiators with a more suitable model, but this has never happened, so now we are left with no heating unless we wish to char the sils again and have a little fan heater to try to heat a 6 Mette long conservatory. I really thought we were getting a job done from a reputable company. Unfortunately it has been a very disappointing and regrettable purchase.
