Great product, great customer service

Absolutely dreadful customer service – over £400 out of pocket and no radiator!

I ordered a radiator from Radiator Outlet approximately three weeks ago. Apparently, it was delivered last week, but I never received it.

Since then, I have left FIVE voicemail messages, sent FIVE emails and repeatedly tried to contact customer services. Not a single person has bothered to respond.

I needed this radiator urgently as I was having new flooring laid. With no radiator, no response and absolutely no help from the company, I’ve now had to purchase another radiator elsewhere.

I’m currently over £400 out of pocket, with no radiator from Radiator Outlet, no refund and no explanation whatsoever.

The most infuriating part is the complete lack of communication. Things can go wrong with deliveries, but to completely ignore a customer who has paid hundreds of pounds and is desperately trying to resolve an issue is utterly unacceptable.

I’ve wasted so much time chasing this company, leaving messages and sending emails, only to be met with complete silence.

Disgusting customer service. Incredibly frustrating and completely unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Radiator Outlet to think twice.

I have used this company about 5 times and they have great products with quick delivery.
This time I have a part missing. Told them so. Several e mails and photos later. "Yes we will get that out to you." 3 weeks later and follow up e mail. Nothing..
No response to email and no mention of my spare part delivery..

SO FURTHER TO THE ABOVE since I posted this review yesterday I have been personally contacted by Shaun at Radiator Outlet and this morning by UPS the part has been delivered. Clearly there is a communication breakdown here and I'd like to think had I been a bit less British and informed them sooner that the part was still wanting they would have fixed this just as quickly. I would certainly buy from them again as the products are fantastic and the customer service is certainly there when all the stars align. Well done on fixing the problem.

Website was easy to use and i got the correct radiators

I ordered an underfloor heating mixing station and believed the bracket and seals were missing as they were (incorrectly) shown in the picture on the website. No big deal it just needed putting right. The support was terrible at first (dismissive and taking nearly two weeks to respond) but to be fair they did work hard to put it right afterwards, hence this review has been edited to match.
Just a shame it took a poor review to get a response.

Quick delivery service,well packed.Valves went missing in delivery but quickly rectified by a phone call to a friendly agent who sorted the problem.Delivered next day.l would use this company again

am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this shop. My order was only partially delivered, leaving me without essential parts needed to carry on with my work.

I have contacted them several times, and each time I was promised help, but nothing has been done to resolve the issue. The lack of communication and failure to follow through on their promises is completely unacceptable.

As a result, my work has been brought to a standstill because I am still missing the parts I paid for. This has caused unnecessary delays, inconvenience, and disruption to my work.

I expect a business to fulfil its orders and take responsibility when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I would think twice before ordering from this shop again, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

quick delivery great quality radiators easy to install

I have changed a number of my radiators to flat panel designer; all purchased from Radiator Outlet. Prices are competitive, delivery is prompt, radiators are well packaged so no risk of my plumber having to return another day. The radiators I chose are mild steel and heavy for the brackets supplied; ok when fixed into solid walls or timber but challenging when fixed to plaster stud walls.

Nice product at a competitive price. Unfortunately there was an issue with delivery by courier going to wrong address but after a phone call to radiator outlet they arranged re delivery.
