Peor servicio del mundo, no puedes creer nada de sus fechas de entrega - Si quieres que tus regalos de navidad, cumpleaños etc. llega antes de este tipo de eventos, te recomiendo pedirlos en otra tienda.

Fui a la sucursal de multicentro las Américas y los trabajadores no conocen las sonrisas no existe calidez humana y te dejan por tu cuenta si aparece un cliente que hará una compra más cara pensé que era cosa de esa sucursal pero luego fui a la de Metrocentro y fue la misma historia, supongo que ellos ganan por venta que hagan mientras más caro mejor sin embargo siento que una empresa respetable debería valorar a todos sus clientes por igual sin importar lo que vayan a comprar.

Radio shack Rip Off
I would leave a O star if I could.I bought a security camera from them got home & couldn’t get it to connect so I went back the next day to return it or get other one the person behind the counter said I don’t know what I was doing and he could do it for a $100.00. I said we will, see bet you can’t, 45 min later he couldn’t do anything with it, this is where it gets good, to return it for a refund there’s a 15% restocking fee, but the camera is defective & less than 24 hours old. So I said I’ll trade you for the other one on the shelve, got it home only to find it is used, lenses was sketched & everything inside was open. I Return to the store the next day but before I did I went to the police station first to let them know what had happened. The guy behind the counter had a very bad attitude and we were a bit uncomfortable going back. Then I went to the store, the guy that sold it to me said the damage was a manufactured defect so I said I want my money back, ok he said 15% restocking fee! I said again I want my money back, he got mad & told me to get out of his business. I want my money back, he left the building and called the police to have me & my wife arrested. The police did come, they were very helpful. The long & short of my experience is I still lost my 15% on two defective products & I’ll never go to any radio shack again . Shame on them for the way they treat customers . So if you had good experience feel lucky.
Ps that was 15% on two camera & the scanner radio I didn’t mention does not work.

Purchase a cable to convert AVI to HDMI. The cable did nothing. Returned the $30 cable. I expected a refund to my credit card. NOPE. I now have a credit of $20 with Radio Shack, not from then but with them. I should have looked further instead of thinking this was a good company. No wonder their stores are all closed!!! Don't buy their crap.

This is the worst company to shop with. I purchased an LED lamp and paid over $100 for it. The lamp never worked. They would not refund or exchange, I was so frustrated with them. I am now trying other Avenues for a favorable outcome.

I ordered a sweatshirt that I was informed had shipped but I wasn’t getting any updates on it. After a week I called them but could never get anyone to talk with. I tried e-mailing them and then eventually I got a response that said my order has already shipped. I gave it another week and still no update and no sweatshirt. I called again and finally was able to speak with a representative who said he’d get back to me in 24 business hours. Three days later he called and left a voicemail that it had really shipped this time. It took me THREE WEEKS to receive a sweatshirt!! I had read horror stories about them before and didn’t want to believe it but now I do. And if you’re wise, I’d advise you to avoid them at all costs! Then again, maybe if they start reading and listening to complaints and resolving them they could be a quality company again. Right now, I’m not ordering ANYTHING from them! I’m done.

Well they got me pretty good they advertised a free T-shirt with the purchase of anything so I ordered a $30 Bluetooth speaker I received a package with the T-shirt only so when I call to talk to them about the missing speaker they tell me that it was in the same package as the t-shirt which it was not then they tell me it was shipped separately but under the same tracking number as what I had already received there was no speaker in my mailbox which they claim is what it was put in so that tells me that it's smaller than it was advertised, cuz it wasn't supposed to fit in the mailbox. I'm expecting a speaker in a box I never received the speaker but I was charged $30 for it and got a free t-shirt so that's one hell of an expensive t-shirt it (it sucks) thank you Radio

I will never buy anything from Radio Shack again. They actually forced me to leave the store because I refused to wear a mask. The order by the local government to wear masks has been rescinded. And there is absolutely no evidence that a mask protects anyone from a virus. You think you can save the world making people wear masks? And by the way; there were no other customers in their store. The management is so stupid they are running the customers out of their store. God help all of us in this country!!!!
I ordered a Micro Cassette player from…
I ordered a Micro Cassette player from radioshack.com. The player was $19.99 plus $2.99 shipping and $1.38 PA State Tax. I called within 5 minutes to cancel the order because what they advertised as a micro cassette player on the acknowledgement was a plain cassette player. Really much different and will not play microcassettes. When I called they said the order was already "in process". "When you receive the product you will get a full refund".
I received the product and when had them print the return shipping label the cost of the USPS label was over $15.00 and my refund on a almost $25.00 was a little over $5.00. What a rip off.
I love radio shack
I love radio shack. I'm glad they're still around in some parts of certain states. I love their items. Not had an issue with any if my stuff I get & its very reasonable too. Great toys for children as well. Definitely buy my gifts from them for my family & friends.
