Purchased item for next day delivery, yesterday. Got my email yesterday evening to say item dispatched and a tracking code. Firstly the email doesn't tell you which courier company is being used and no link to track parcel!
Item not received today no email updates on tracking. Tried calling office all afternoon, in this and age what company would provide a phone number for customer service but yet doesnt have amenu on the phone system. Just goes straight to hold music for 5 minutes and then says cant take your call try again later. Item was for sons birthday tomorrow morning it is his main gift, birthday ruined. Emailed customer service, someone got back to me didnt acknowledge any part of my email not even an apology and just said well get back to you once our courier gets back to us. Guess what it was just before 6pm they responded so they have obviously clocked off and gone home and didnt bother sorting this out!

Purchased two fairway woods 9 and 11 . Great clubs great price playing well with them. . When you consider premium brands ie Taylor made , Callaway etc are asking at least £200 plus and ram is about a quarter of that . Very pleased .

Had some minor issues with clubs received but did receive some excellent customer service from Jason to sort issue.

2nd email just sent after no reply to the first one, took brand new golf club set out for 9 holes and the putter head detached from the shaft. I wouldn't buy these again if given the chance!

Ordered a complete set of 2EZ woods with senior flex shafts on Friday evening, they were delivered using the standard delivery service on Tuesday.
They seem to be very good quality for the price and I was very pleased with the way they performed on the driving range. 2EZ is an appropriate name for the clubs are they are super easy to get a great ball flight especially as a senior with a relatively slow swing speed. It will take a bit of getting used to the yardages for each club out on the course but I already prefer these to my premium custom irons they are replacing.

Better customer service

Been trying to buy a set of Ram irons for a few months now but they never seem to have any stock with no stock updates on the website. Beginning to think the company may be in trouble.

For the cheapest set of clubs I can find the quality really surprised me. As a starter I feel like this is the perfect set for me. Quick and easy delivery highly recommend for beginners.

I ordered a set of hybrid irons which arrived with the wrong shafts unfortunately. I contacted them to make them aware of the error, they apologised and asked to arrange an exchange date.
Two days later they delivered the correct clubs and collected the wrong ones. Their customer service were quick to reply to my initial message when I made them aware of the mistake and there were no issues arranging the exchange.

Having seen some of the prior reviews on here I was a little worried, but I'm pleased to say they were really good when I dealt with them.

Despite the initial error with my purchase, I would happily order from them again.

Ordered my first golf club set and used it at the weekend and can’t complain at all for the price. Was abit of a problem when I paid for next day delivery and it didn’t come but came the day after and they refunded the next day delivery fee. Very helpful over email and didn’t take long to reply to them.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. No on to talk to, rude replies to emails and a dreadful overall experience. I was prepared to use often but now cancelling my order and will never go back.

I really wanted to support RAM, a brand that I had my first set from 30 years ago. There are some great reviews of their products online (especially their new irons), so you take a punt. A trolley bag and trolley have been reasonable buys but the trolley for the cost compared with similar on the market is not as sturdy or streamlined and I probably should have gone for a Powacaddy instead.
A new putter - again highly reviewed - is misaligned between the grip and the face. I may have changed the grip anyway but for those that may not want to or can't afford it, it's a pretty basic error. Finally a fairway wood; "custom" built and dispatched on the Thursday next day delivery; arrives Monday. Similar experiences as others with customer support - rude and condescending in replies. For the cost of the products there will always be a compromise but some basics should be a given and if you charge the same as competitors, the quality should match.

Absolute joke. I received a pair of spiked golf shoes but there were no spikes in the shoes. After two replies from their customer services that the matter would be resolved and the spikes sent out I still have no spikes

The number shown on their UK website is useless. You are kept on hold before an automated message tells you that your call can't be taken and to call back later. Ridiculous!

Update on: Customer Support is worse than useless.

Finally got contact, company very apologetic but send us a photo. Photo sent encore 'Very Sorry' replacement on its way. Replacement arrives but they have sent wrong colour Black not Blue. It looks hideous on my Blue and White bag. Sent further issue complaint please send Blue Cover. All our stock of Blue and White bags have black covers, please accept a discount. This problem discussion will continue I really do want what that which I ordered and for which I paid. Simple request, simple contract, I believed RAM to be an honest, upright, company. No Worries.

Shocking customer service from Ram Golf and specifically Zoe. I paid for next working day delivery and my order is still not here 4 working days after ordering. I was told that it was not their fault, but the couriers and have yet to refund me the £4.99 i paid for the express shipping that never transpired. I also asked their CEO, Simon Millington what their complaints procedure is, to which i have been ignored. Communication is non existent. Great way to treat new customers RAM.

Placed an order with Ram on Thurs 6th June for a set of ladies golf clubs. Were supposed to be delivered on Sat, but said oversized parcel and need to be rescheduled. Have messaged Evri, Ram and their distrubtion center multiple times with no response or calls back. I dont have money like this to waste and have had mulitple things booked this week with my clubs ive had to cancel. Please can you resend my clubs and respond to me!

Ram's number clearly doesnt work as ive rang ALL day and it just rings out then says no one can answer. Beginning to think ive been scammed.

Bought a pair of 'waterproof' RAM winter golf boots in November 2022. Used them only over the winter of 22/23 and 23/24 about 25 times at most.
At the same point on both boots, where there is a 'crease' in the leather where the foot bends, there has opened up a hole in each boot, meaning my feet get soaked in wet weather. They are now 3 months out of warranty and despite raising this with RAM, they dont want to know, claiming "wear and tear"
They have only been used over winter, I have other shoes for summer golf. I dont believe that what is in effect, about 5 months use (albeit over two winters) is a fair level of durability!
They clearly think I am lying about the level of use, which I set out quite accurately.
The boots will now have to go in the bin and £65 worth of experience will teach me to go elsewhere for replacements. I would advise anyone else to do the same!

I was looking for some cheap clubs to replace my aging Calloway set I'd had for 8 1/2 hours when I stumbled upon ramgolf.co.uk.

I had heard from a friend they were cheap and cheerful so took the plunge on a Demon set for 119.99, I wasn't expecting too much because of how cheap they were but pleasantly found them to be quite sturdy. Time however, will tell.

Order came through quickly - I'm happy.
