Fantastic service after I ordered the wrong size ladders for my study! The company gave me a refund for the difference and delivered and picked up the original and replacement ladders. Really friendly customer service guy and they didn’t laugh too much at me! Ladders themselves solid wood and look great painted to match my floor to ceiling bookcases.

When the delivery went astray through no fault of Ramsay's Rachel helped me track it down and get it safely delivered. Excellent service, good quality and price and I am really happy with the end result.

Purchased a single wooden ladder earlier this week. It’s arrived early, well packaged and exceeded expectations. It’s beautifully made and very strong. I never thought I’d be excited by a ladder, but this is a super piece of kit and an excellent supplier, comms was great too.
