The mattress’ are really good I went for the 30cm and 25cm for the kids the only downfall is delivery, each mattress came on a different day without knowing what day till the morning of delivery.

Awesome!
From ordering to delivery to about three days, furniture arrived flat packed but was quite easy to make up. It looks fantastic and was just what I wanted. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again customer service excellent everything excellent.

Missing parts
Delivery arrived box was all damaged driver stated there was nothing missing unfortunately when I went to I put bed up on the Sat all fixings and instructions were missing which was very inconvenient as it was a Sat we had to source from a DIY store luckily my son is a joiner and knew what he was doing RattanTree did respond to my complaint and were very apologetic and give me a 50% reduction which was more than acceptable

Poor experience
Package got lost in transit, Delivery was shocking, correspondence was appalling, by just contacting once a day at early hours of the morning.

Lack of Communication
Had terrible trouble communicating with your company by e-mail. You should really have a phone no. available in case e-mails don't get answered.
Mattress is fine although a little bit softer would be better, still a good nights sleep.
