I bought the 4-Seater Rattan Garden Furniture Patio with the cover, it arrived within the days it was specified. Assembly was not difficult if you followed the instructions and the set looks great in the garden.

The only problem I had was that the cover did not arrive with the furniture. I contacted their Customer Service who dealt with it quickly and efficiently.

The “weave” is not as strong as it could be. Sit on the cushion and you can feel the seat base flex and I’m average weight. Quotes surprised you don’t join the two pieces together to form the “L”shape seating but rather just push them together.

Delivered quickly but unfortunately Delivered with slats missing in a broken battered box. Contacted rattan tree countless times to be told they told keep spare parts despite there website & instructions showing 10 slats for the double divan bed we ordered we only got 6, they have ignored my emails for 10 days now while my daughter is left sleeping on a double bed with a single mattress as there aren't enough slats to support a double mattress! Awful customer service, clearly dont care about the customers & unwilling to help when its clearly the company's fault! Do not use this company

Quick delivery but roof bars i had to tape together because they kept popping out and the poles keep coming out of the sleeves that they fit through terrible design wouldn't buy another one

I would advise anyone with bad back not to buy it good quality but when lieing back it had something hard stick to the lower back

Ordered two armchairs to be delivered to my elderly Mum. The chairs are great and easy to assemble (the backs simply click onto the bases), but delivery was a nightmare - the order came as four parcels, the two backs with Yodel and the two bases with Evri. All OK with Yodel, but Evri delivered one base then temporarily lost the second one. Very frustrating trying to chase when no actual people or contact numbers are available. I'd use RattanTree again, but would prefer that they didn't deliver via Evri.

Arrived promptly within three days of ordering. Well made, easy to construct and is as it says on the tin.
Excellent value for money and would recommend as it looks amazing on our decking.

Ordered this 2.4m x 2.4m pergola as the size was just ideal for our small patio space.
Ordering was so easy and the delivery was super quick.
Took 2persons to erect but once we got to grip with the instructions it went up a treat.
Good quality for the money paid. Does a good job, providing adequate shade.
Would 100% recommend the company and the product.

Delivery was quick. It was very well packed. The instructions were comprehensive. Would definitely recommend three people when erecting the frame. We did it with two of us but it was a struggle. All of the very many parts were labelled with part numbers and this made putting it together much easier. The sticky labels were also thoughtfully placed as many of them were covered by other parts once assembled saving time having to remove them. There were also a good number of surplus fittings to allow for any losses or breakages. This was just as well as a couple of days after we made it we found the head of a bolt on the deck that had sheared off. Having replaced it, it is now fine. The little black plastic blanking plugs that cover the holes on the frame were all far too lose and we had to wrap a narrow piece of double sided tape to get them to stay in. Overall, this is a sturdy, well made product with good instructions at a reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
