We were greeted when we arrived
We were greeted when we arrived. We said we were just looking. The staff person told us his name and offered to help if we were to have any questions, Then he let us look. After we looked, we had questions about one chair. He answered our questions clearly. Then he assisted us with our purchase. That's just about how we would like all of our shopping experiences to be.

Wonderful experience
Don was so so helpful. I needed to purchase furniture for a 1 bedroom assisted living apartment for my mom. He guided me through perfect selections for each room and I left feeling happy for the first time since negotiating the apartment for mom. Was a great experience all the way!! Five Stars!!

Great Customer Experience
Our salesperson, Steve Sylvia, was great. He did not try to "sell" us or apply any high pressure tactics. He asked us what we wanted, our relative price range, and then found us something right in the upper end of that range, that we really liked. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant.

We want to make mention about your great associate Jean Luc Ballet. He has helped us in the past with our purchases and once again when we went in on President's Day he went out of his way to find us what we needed. Unfortunately, the item was not longer available. Our only negative comment is that we went on line and found the product we wanted and it stated we could view it in the Avon store. But as mentioned above, it was not available.

Don't buy furniture from them
Don't buy furniture from them. Avon Ct. location I purchased a loveseat on 11/2023. It had a hole on the bottom and staples popping out. They sent service out and they said they could put boards underneath in. I refused because I purchased new, They refused to give me back my money. Due to safety issues it is in my garage waiting to go in the dump. Out $800.00. Stay away from this place. poor quality merchandise and terrible customer service.
