We have been treated very well by our salesperson, Jessie Lebhar, at the Glen Cove Road, Carle Place NY store. She answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable and showed us all around the showroom per our request. It was a pleasure working with her. We purchased 2 bedroom sets and a credenza through Jessie. She was very patient, listened to us and eventually helped us with a sales write up. She followed up with a call regarding our delivery date. We were very grateful for her help and we appreciated the excellent service.

Rude customer service the first time I attempted to pick the item up. Nowhere did it say that I couldn’t pick it up until after 12pm, and apparently I was the problem because I came early and wouldn’t be able to come back for a few days

What a wonderful time
We just had the most delightful experience at Raymour & Flanagan in Carle Place. All thanks to our salesman Fredrick Hall. He greeted us at the door and off we went!
Fredrick is professional, kind, considerate, patient and most importantly a great listener.
We came to buy a cabinet for our small den. First and foremost, Fredrick realized what type of taste we had. Next, the size became an issue. Most cabinets were too long.
Fredrick found a company that custom builds cabinets to suit size, design and color. How perfect. Sold
Fredrick recalled that previously we had been looking for Leather Recliners. What a memory! That was more than a year ago. He shows me a gorgeous Italian Leather recliner. We put my husband in it. He swivels, rocks, grins at the lumbar support and tells Fredrick we need 2. Sold
So while Fredrick is writing up the order, I notice this lovely round cocktail table right in front of us. We had been searching the store for a table. I looked at Fredrick, Fredrick looked at my husband AND .. Sold
The moral of this story is if you are looking for furniture

A Welcoming Consultant
Was met at the door by a welcoming consultant, Rochelle Mittler, non-intimidating, smiling and eager to listen to what we needed. With her help we found our sofa and chair immediately. She measured and allayed our concern about it not fitting in the door. Rochelle showed interest in who we were and even laughed at my jokes. The deal was done quickly and efficiently. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Rochelle, experiencing her professional and friendly approach and will recommend her highly to all.

What a pleasure it is to go shopping, without a pushy salesman. Mr. Frederick Hall was the most caring, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly salesman I’ve ever met. He was truly concerned and worked to try and help me find the best chair that was most comfortable for myself.
Besides working with me, and explaining in detail regarding each chair , he also took the time to answer my many questions. Truly a gentleman and a most caring individual. Raymour and Flanigan is lucky to have such a person like Mr. Hall representing them.
