Salesperson was very helpful, he explained the different areas of the store, what was located where. Explained the pricing and mentioned Aalborg the xtra coverage in case of a scratch or dent appearing. The checkout process was easy and much appreciated.

Sandy our sales person was extremely helpful and kind with our four purchases. In the Collegeville PA location

I was greeted warmly by Sandra Salamone who led me to the lift chairs I asked to see. She was very knowledgeable and patient as I tried out various chairs…and found the perfect one! She then explained all the features of temperpedic mattresses to my daughter and son-in-law. Also, the story displays were beautiful!

Kathy was great! When we walked into the store, she greeted us and asked if we needed help. We told her no we were just looking so she gave us her card and said if we need help just ask. We found furniture that we loved but didn’t know if it would fit in our room. Kathy gave us a brochure with the measurements of that furniture and thanked us for coming in. We went back, asked for Kathy and bought that furniture from her. I like that she didn’t follow us around the store like most sales reps. I don’t like to be watched and followed.
Also, delivery was very good! Austin and William were very nice and took great care in delivering our furniture. Thank you!

What made the experience great was the manager, Greg. He understood our situation and effortlessly helped us resolve our situation.

Great, no pressure sales rep. I don’t like when the sales rep follows me around the store. Kathy greeted us, gave us her card and let us shop! When we were finished looking she asked if we had any questions she could answer and was a great deal of help. That’s what I prefer when shopping for furniture!
