Pleasant Experience
We had a most pleasant and educational experience looking for a new mattress in Columbus Boulevard store. John Lockee is not only friendly and courteous, he is knowledgeable and well informed. There was no high pressure involved. He was able to answer our myriad of questions. We would highly recommend visiting Raymour & Flanagan in South Philly and requesting John as your salesperson. Best Customer Service that i have ever experience.
I came there to purchase a new living room set. I met Nina and told her that I saw on your website the recliner sofa and love seat.
She let me know that they were selling fast. I said that I know I have been watching on line. She proceeded to direct me to the items. And showed me everything about the sofa. She told me price she checked to see if can finance my purchase.
When I arrived to the store, I met Nina she stand up, shook my and ask me, how can I help you today!
I knew from right then and there that Nina was going to provided me with best customer service that i have ever experienced. She let me know about everything of new purchase.
I asked Nina that I am looking at bed for my granddaughter. She showed a bedroom that my daughter would. I told her that I will notify her when I ready to purchase the bedroom set. Nina okay and thank you.

Excellent Experience
From the moment we walked in the store Mody Kalle was an excellent help! He asked us what we were looking for took us to the back was very patient with my mother and I! Even when my mother got confused he went over the price and sale price over and over again encouraging my mother the whole time reassurancing her that he was here to help her! He was a perfect gentleman with all of us and an Eagles fan which made him an even better sales man! Lol

Got power lift chair delivered in 3 days!
I urgently needed a power lift chair for Surgery on Monday. They had 9 models on the floor, in stock in their warehouse, and were able to get it delivered on Sunday (3 days)!!! Delivery was flawless. I can't be more happy !! Well done John & Jamie !!!
