A living nightmare
Bad service my first time dealing with them was great I had a pull outbed put in the sofa so when he comes from California he can sleep and play his PlayStation that was in the living room where the big tv is until he started getting bit up I thought it was bugs cause it’s summer time I already paid for the merchandise so I threw it away thinking it was something he brought with him so I preferred another set it cracked on thin side had to bring it back they delivered another one it took 4 months ok I wasn’t surprised it was invested bedbug brand new so I called them they said no it can’t be I well it is my son was getting bit from the first one now this wow I was in hell knowing bedbugs was all in the couch threw it away didn’t have it for a two days and I’m paying on it still for 12 months bad I have pictures time stamp everything

Stress free Mattress Purchase
I went to purchase a mattress..There were so many choices in every price point which was good but alittle overwhelming.The salesman Harry Torres was the best!He ascertained what my needs were and steered me in the right direction.He didnt pressure me & was very patient until I made my decision.I also like the store policy that if I wasnt happy with the mattress I had 120 days to exchange it but hopefully not!!Also cant beat the white glove treatment of free delivery & take away old mattress.

Expertise and Patience from R&F Sales Team
I recently went to the Raymour and Flanigan store in Coney Island, Brooklyn and had a great experience with the saleswoman, Halina Dzenisevich who assisted me when I needed to buy new bedroom furniture and a mattress.
She was beyond patient and understanding of my indecisiveness when it came to deciding my new furniture set, so much so that I had made two separate trips to the store in one weekend after changing my mind on the initial furniture set. I had decided to choose something else. She was beyond understanding and gracious.
In the end Halina took good care of me I was very happy with all of my final purchases. I highly recommend this store and Halina as a sales rep.

Great customer service
Great customer service, but had an issue with the delivery at original delivery date. Only recommend that the warehouse or dispatcher call the day before to confirm delivery address.

most fabulous salesman,Harry Torres.Couldn't have been more helpful,pleasant or thorough.He didn't push,he just went out of his way to find out all the answers to my questions. usually i avoid places like this because i hate the heavy come ons and pushiness of the salespeople,but this gentleman was exactlly what the word gentleman means! Kevin was wonderful! He didn't hover over us and waited for us, to approach him, after we were ready! He was a pleasure to deal with and wea will be back AND will request to see him!
Check out was easy peasy and the woman was so polite. Even the man who wrapped our mirror was kind! The kid who brought our mirror to the car? A funny, delightful rep!
