Awesome Sales Rep.
My sales rep, Kathy Palmisano was caring, patient and knowledgeable. She answered all questions and explained her answers clearly. My only disappointment is that the outlet doesn't offer the same promotional discount that the big store offers or at least a longer period of time without interest. It's hard for those on fixed incomes to adjust their budget sometimes. But, I'm happy with my purchase!
