Frustrated that we could not take our choice away at time of purchase. We did not want to have to wait - even for a two-three day turn around.

Eric is great to work with. He knows the furniture offerings, answered my questions, and helped my husband and I to spend $2000 on some much-needed furniture! We will recommend him to our friends. And we will return in the future if we need more furniture help!

Refused to take old mattress

Rachel was wonderful! She showed us exactly what we were looking for and was ready with all information requested

Salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. He knew exactly what I was looking for and directed me right to the TV stand I was interested in.

Told Eric what i was interested in and he was very friendly and explained what the mattresses are made of. Was only disappointed in that I didn't receive any free-beezies :(

We went in looking for a bedroom set. We were greeted by our sales person, directed to bedroom sets and we went on our way. We were able to look at the options, consider our tastes and talk it over without someone hovering over us, which made the buying experience easier and much less stressful. The sales person checked in on us periodically and when we had made a decision, we were able to quickly and easily order the furniture we wanted. Thank you for a great experience!

We came in knowing the exact chair we wanted. It was available for pick-up the next day. The young woman who took care of us was knowledgeable and extremely nice. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Eric was wonderful. In fact he was so wonderful, we intended to buy one chair and ended up with two!!

Ordering on line was easy without problems, but the furniture I ordered is back ordered until 4/23. I'm hoping that's really true and that I receive the furniture shortly after

Disappointed the furniture is not in stock. I was also expecting free delivery, but there is a charge. I was surprised the salesperson was texting on occasion while with us, but otherwise she was very helpful. The showroom has a great selection and the quality seems good.
