Online Order, Emails, and Local Store Pickups Don't Match
I placed an order online for local store pickup and received an email telling me i could pick up my items on a specific date. I showed up at the local store one day after the date in the email, and the items were not there. The customer service rep told me they were in other warehouses, and she didn't know when they would be in.
I asked the customer service rep in the store to cancel the order and process a refund. She did that and let me know it would be 7-10 business days for a refund. It is currently beyone 10 business days and i still have not had a refund.
I can't recommend buying anything from this place and I will never purchase anything from Raynmour Flannigan again.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Regan ( I may be spelling her name incorrectly) but she was wonderful.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Regan she was VERY helpful and pointed out many chairs that would benefit my husband who is having knee surgery. I came back a few days later and she made the process of purchasing the chair and ottoman a snap. The lovely woman at the desk who assisted me in payment was a pleasure and I was out and on my way in less than 20 minutes. Thank you again for your help and kindness!

Denise is wonderful
Denise is a wonderful salesperson. I asked her to allow me some time to look around on my own before joining me. Once I found a few styles I liked, Denise was able to show me something similar which I liked even more, and wound up purchasing.
The Egg Harbor location is neat and clean, and everyone I encountered there, whether in person or by phone, was wonderful.
