I made this purchase with the…
I made this purchase with the anticipation of a specific pickup date. I was told that there was confusion on the part of the company and that the furniture never arrived on the date promised. I had to wait, and am still waiting for a delivery confirmation 3 days later. I am close to canceling because I have company coming.

The customer service was terrible
The customer service was terrible. They didn’t appear to want my business. We have spent $1,000’s of dollars over the last 15 years buying furniture at your store in EHT NJ. I mentioned my loyalty to the store and all they kept saying is we treat everyone the same and your loyalty and prior sales DO NOT MATTER. We will not purchase from your store in the future and I have broadcast our poor experience to friends and family.
