Excellent service from sales to delivery
Alice Darrah is a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful sales associate. She is extremely accommodating and made the experience a pleasure. We had furniture delivered on two separate occasions and both delivery teams were fabulous. They delivered to Ocean City, NJ. They arrived on time, put together a dining room table and set up living room furniture quickly. Both teams were friendly and made sure we were satisfied with our furniture and their placement. We love our furniture. It is super comfortable and looks great!

Work with a local person
One thing that made my experience great was Heidi! She has been so helpful over the last few months. She shows the importance of dealing with a local person rather than buying on the internet sites. She helped me with the best prices and timing- and most especially being able to schedule deliveries when it works best for me and my renovation. I prefer to buy from a sales pro like Heidi and will always check with her first.

Horrible
Horrible, received wrong pick up date per internet. We took my sons bed apart thinking it would be ready when it said it was. Turns out it won’t be ready for a few days. Manager came up with a bunch of excuses saying that we were wrong when we had proof. Don’t know if it was just that store but there are no excuses.

Our sales associate was amazing
Our sales associate was amazing! We really enjoyed working with Katie, she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture. Katie helped us pick out the perfect recliner/glider.

Not the place for me.
The sales people are good at their job from the perspectiveof the store. The whole experience left me with a terrible feeling and once I was out of the store I felt bamboozled. Too aggressive, dismissed my desire to save money and pushed me right to my extreme budget limit. The end result was that I canceled my purchase and will recommend to all who ask that they avoid this place.
