Have been buying at Raymour & Flanigan for some time, furniture is a good quality. The sales staff is always excellent and very informed of the product in the store. I enjoy going to the store because I know that it is not going to be some song and dance from the salesperson. Looking to buy more furniture in the future and will go to Raymour & Flanigan first.

We have done business with you several times over the years and always had an excellent experience. This time was no different. We purchased a high end mattress and adjustable base. Your mattress expert Richard Guistinini was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable.

My furniture purchase with salesman Alan went smoothly. I was informed with the delivery status as well.

Brian Haas was great to work with. Helpful in figuring out what my tastes were for the furniture I was looking for and seeing if what was at store level would work. And explained completely the order when ready/adding to it or making changes knowing I don’t have a firm date for when i will need the furniture.

Have waited 3 months fir dining room table and chairs. After arriving at warehouse it was found to be damaged. Still waiting foe delivery

Dan the manager was a pleasure to deal with.
He help us on replacing our Kitchen table.
He spotted an error on the credit we were getting from the platinum protection plan.

Once again, R & F was our go to furniture store. We replaced out eleven year old mattress with another Tempurpedic mattress. Our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful.

We were in search of a new king bed frame and mattress. We were greeted by Maria in a very friendly way. She quickly took us to the bedroom furniture area where, with her helpful product knowledge, we found exactly what we were looking for. Maria was very pleasant and accommodating, and answered all our questions while providing additional information to make our purchase even more valuable.

Staff is very professional. Corey Tatun was extremely helpful in getting my
special-order processed for building & delivery.

I had entered the store in Latham and was greeted by a salesman. I told him that I'd be in search for a few pieces of furniture and then asked where the bathroom was. When I came back out to the sales floor I didn't see the gentleman as to who had greeted me as I entered the facility so I decided to browse through the store. After an hour of browsing I came upon a salesman who was currently assisting another customer but he did ask me if I needed a salesman and I said yes, please. It wasn't even two minutes and I was introduced to Tim Cotton, who came over and introduced himself I right away started letting know of the choices I'd made and he said he'd be right back because there was a customer he was finishing up with I explained that I weren't going anywhere so take his time. He was back in no time and I made my purchases. The next morning I contacted the store because I weren't too happy with my choice of coffee table and end tables and asked if I could make another choice and was immediately connected with Josh a salesman and he complied to my request as I gave him the item numbers to the items I really wanted. He was very professional, and explained that if I hadn't had a delivery it would be no problem to make the changes I needed to my order. However, Tim Cotton called me that evening to verify the changes I had made to my order, and told me that I had only one of the end tables on order and wanted to be certain of the choices that were in system. I said I thought that Josh had two of them on order because that was my intention when I spoke with him that morning, Tim stated to me that's why he was there to make sure that I get what I needed and that truly made me smile. I have been shopping with Raymour & Flanigan for years, because the quality of the furniture they sell is of great quality. Thank you Tim Cotton, you're a blessing to Raymour & Flanigan and they should take notice of that! Thank you!

Fabulous experience! Malisa let me roam around without pressure and then was right there when I narrowed down my ideas. She asked a few questions and then set out to find me the perfect piece. She was terrific. I’ve purchased from this Raymour and Flanagan before and will do so again. A+

No hassle shopping and yet salesman was there when I needed. Delivery in 4 days!

I really like the selection that you have for furniture and bedding. My salesperson was helpful and seemed to be able to answer my questions. What was almost a dealbreaker was Not being told about the warranties on all my purchases. They were added without any explanation until I got to the checkout, which I asked what this was. It was told to me then, which I said I didn’t think that was the correct way to do business. Almost like a bait and switch. She tried to explain at that time, but I think that needs to be mentioned before you run my credit card. I may be back to shop again, but I will be aware of that practice.

Alex was a big help. Very patient with all of our questions and concerns.

We bought a mattress . The salesman, Tom Page, was great. We bought from him before. So we were happy to have him again. He let us take our time. He answered all of our questions. We actually looked at other stores as well. But we chose Raymour and Flanigan and Tom Page. Great experience! I suspect that if we need any other furniture, we shall go back to you again. Barry Hye

Drew our sales person was great. We told him what we need and we were not sure what was available. He showed us our options.
Drew wasn’t pushy very knowledgeable . He gave us his card to let us decide and to call him . We talked things over and called Drew back to order. I would see him again on our next purchase for a recliner.
