Sales people friendly and NOT pushy

Rich is the man!
We shopped at the location in Kingston, NY. Rich was beyond professional, patient, and knowledgeable about anything we asked. We tried almost every mattress in the store and asked a whole lot of questions. Super satisfied with our experience!

When I walked into your store in the Kingston NY location I was greeted by Julie Daley, she was very pleasant and asked if she could help me find what I was looking for, I explained to her that I was just browsing around & she said ok if I can help you with any questions or anything feel free to ask, I said thank you and began my browsing, I felt comfortable walking around on my own and not being pressured by anyone, when I came across a couch that I like I went to her , she answered my questions and we made the deal, I was in the store for approximately 20 minutes browsing and my dealings with Julie were quick and pleasant approx 10 minutes, Julie was a pleasure to work with

Great service
My sales associate was Gary. I walked in on a mission to take something home that day. What I wanted they didn’t have in stock. He talked to the store manager and got the approval needed to sell me the floor model. I love that we went above and beyond and made it happen.

Tara was an exellent resource
Tara was an exellent resource. Showed me where the options were and I decided on one chair which she got permission to selll off the floor. The Sotre Manager carried th chair to my car. Overall good experience.

Open and Check the merchandise before going home with it
The coffee table and end tables are beautiful. The sales people were very friendly.
We opted to pick up the furniture.
One of the end table’s draw slide was coming apart, little balls and a screw were loose in the box . In all fairness my husband didn’t want to go through the hassle of bringing it back(he is just Going to replace the drawer slide himself).
One would expect the furniture to be in good condition.
