Waste of my time
Waste of my time. I waited an entire day for a tech to come tell my broken zipper was broken. Customer service via phone was particularly unhelpful.

They had the exact sofa I wanted .
They had the exact sofa I wanted in stock and the color I wanted. Had to order the Ottoman but was in so hurry for it. Staff was very helpful. Price was very good.

No more buying from Raymond and Flanagan
After first visit from repair man, Raymour and Flanagan was supposed to called that day or the next with a solution. No call. After 5 days we went to store and were told we need appointment. Raymour is the one that never called so they essentially broke our appointment by not calling back. Staff helped get us a credit but we had to use it within 15 days. Five days were already wasted by Raymour and Flanagan. We were supposed to get an email from someone about maybe extending the 15 day limit. No email yet.

A guy came to fix a new item that…
A guy came to fix a new item that arrived broken. He said since it was new and he thought there was a knot in the wood that he was going to replace it. He said someone would be in touch with the new delivery date.
I just called to check up on its status and they had no idea who the tech was.

Amazing Service
JR was the sales person to help us. He had amazing energy, listened to what I said I was looking for and then gave me 4 options to choose from. He didn't hassle me or push me to make any decisions. I would definitely come back to do business with him.
