I've had my new sectional 1 week
I've had my new sectional 1 week. I am the only one who is in the household, so no kids, pets, etc. The cushions after one week look like I've owned the couch for years! The material is sagging from the cushions and leave indents where you were last sitting. Luckily I bought the protection insurance for them to come out and either replace the couch or give me new cushions. So far I am very disappointed in the quality of this sectional.

The customer rep was well informed about the desk I purchased via phone and what he wasn’t sure of he double checked so he could give me the correct answer. He also assured me of the delivery process. It’s only due to this gentleman that I ordered the desk without going into the store..

You don't pick up the old furniture…
You don't pick up the old furniture being replaced and gave me a list of places that do pick up old furniture to which most did not return my calls. Trying to pay on your website was quite difficult.. enough to call the sales department back for help.

Mostly relaxed visit
Our sales person gave us space until the very end when we were trying to leave. I wanted to take another look at our new home before making my final decision but we felt a little stuck at the time. Additionally, we shopped during the so called Labor Day sale but due to some unplanned conflicts were not able to make our purchase until recently. As a result we ended up saving more on our purchase due to markdowns so the Labor Day “sale” seems a little misleading.

I needed furniture for my son within the same week from when I ordered.
She was able to guide me and tell me what was in stock and what could be delivery within the week.
I was very happy!!

Great shopping experience
Sales rep, Melanie Poirier was very pleasant and helpful. She understood exactly what I was looking for and led me to the “perfect” recliner for my small living room. Would definitely return for any future furniture purchases. Chair was delivered today and I am very happy with it.
