The associate who helped us was knowledgable, not intrusive but very helpful. The store had a good selection from which to choose.

Store has good selection, sales people are very helpful, very good prices and the best part I'm getting my furniture in 2 days.

i placed an order for a chair and requested time delivery from 9 to 12 am due to building elevator availability and my working hrs and certificate of insurance to be submitted to the building and gave an email they said its possible they call one day before to give the delivery hrs as 2 to 5 pm instead of 9 to 12 i am not at all a happy customer to hear different hrs since everything has to be coordinated for this delivery .they don't seem to work with your hrs they just make it sound it can be done to complete the purchase .and i asked to verify where they sent the certificate they sent to old email even after giving different email .they employees just spoil the whole purchase spirit from the store not sure i would return any time soon

Certainly seems to be an oxymoron using stars. I would give 1 star if not for Carmen, my final salesperson. She was helpful, honest and forthright. My prior visit to R&F was very unproductive, meeting a salesperson that made implausible excuses on why luxurious bedsheets were no good for modern bed because these sheets do allow the bed to breathe. That I should just go to “Marshall” and buy some cheap ones. Feels like a used cars salesperson...ugh

They really great people working there, I bought my furniture without any pressure to buy just helping making the selections, AllenMandell was great also his manager Edy.
will definitely see them again.
