Service was immediate
Service was immediate. Cristal was very helpful. The cashier was on point and friendly. The only thing I am waiting to see is the color of the set. the set we bought in the store Dove, does not look like the color online.

Our salesperson John in the Secaucus…
Our salesperson John in the Secaucus store was awesome. I had used R & F for furnishings for my shore home( not Secaucus store) and swore I'd never use this store again. But shopping w my daughter we stopped in and John met us at the door, he was such a pleasure, knew his furniture, efficient, didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I definitely would use him again, he is the only reason I'd come back. By the way I bought 2 pieces of furniture that day.

Disappointed
After debating as to whether or not to write this review, I decided to do so. I ordered a sofa and oversized chair. Furniture was delivered on Memorial Day, 5/27/2024. Delivery service went well. Furniture is very comfortable. My problem is with the stitching. Within one hour after I received the delivery, I took pictures and sent a text to the salesperson who helped me stating I was unhappy with the stitching. It was all crooked and wrinkly. She responded two days later. Said, per the manager, this looks normal. I then went to the store (Secaucus, NJ) to look at the floor sample. The floor sample was actually in better condition than what I received. I called customer service, had to leave a message. They didn't even have the decency to call me directly. They called the store, who then contacted me. Bottom line is, I was told this meets their standards. In my opinion, they must have very low standards. I think they should have, at least, offered to replace the cushions. I will not buy from them again. In fact, I just bought a new dining room set but went elsewhere.
