Making my apartment feel like a home
I loved every minute of being at this store! From walking in, checking out everything, and purchasing my perfect furniture. Kevin my sales rep was fantastic! We immediately hit it off and he just knew what stuff I liked. Then the manager Sophie made my experience even better! When they both came together it was magic and now my brand new couch and coffee table has arrived and I am over the moon excited! It’s beautiful, fits perfectly and matching my dining room table I got from the store as well. Thank you for making my apartment feel like my home!
And then to top it off, the delivery guys were super sweet. They put together every item I ordered and made sure to show me how to put everything together/ take is apart for whenever I move.

Mattress Delivery/Pickup
Although my salesperson was very helpful and courteous, he failed to tell me key information about the mattress pickup. Upon arrival, the delivery person notified me that they could not take the mattress due to a stain on it. When I asked my salesperson if they could remove the mattress from my home (prior to signing the contract), he said "no problem." At that point he should have told me that they would not take it if there were any stains present. Although I realize it's included in the "fine print" of my contract, it would have been extremely helpful if the salesperson would have pointed this out to me so I would have been prepared for them not to take the mattress upon delivery.

Maria in the South Plainfield…
We met Maria in the South Plainfield store when we came in and she didn't push at all when we said we were looking for mattresses. I called her over to ask questions and she was very knowledgeable and answered all of them. We purchased a Temper-pedic ProAdapt 2.0 in a queen size, medium firmness. Delivery was in 3 days, last night was our first night on our new mattress.

I'm the type that needs to try out every possible sofa before buying... and then mull them over for a bit. Our salesperson, Sabrena, was so wonderfully patient, gave me lots of space to consider without rushing a purchase. I was able to check in with her days later to finalize the order from home.

We spend over 6k on two purchases.
We spend over 6k on two purchases.
We were Promised to received gift cards for our purchases… We did not received any. We went back this weekend to ask why? Unfortunately, our emails to receive the link was leave blank by whoever take of our Oder.
We were told will receive the 400 worth of gift cards… will wait for that.
Meanwhile 25.00 gift card for our other smaller purchases that I paid less than 1k… did not cane either. I was told I was emailed with the link but I have not found one. Asked where the email coming from. Could not answer or I did not get a clear answer.
Frustrating!!!

Antonio was very pleasant & helpful !
