I was greeted and helped by some helpful employees. I did not find everything I needed but was given some good options.

My visit in the store yesterday was fabulous. Ms James did an excellent job helping me pick up what I was looking for. In general she has good customer’s service skills.

We needed to replace our living room set due to motor malfunction for the headrest on our sofa. Fortunately we purchased the Platinum Protection. The part is no longer available. We were notified by customer care that we were being credited for the set and could use that toward a new set. We went Sunday to select a new set. We were able to find a set that would ft in our coop.
The set will be delivered this Sat.
Let me add the we were assisted by the General manager Larry. Larry was very helpful during our visit. He made us feel comfortable and not rushed.

We received a warm welcome at the entrance of the store from your salesperson, Michael Farrier, a very patient young man, who offered us so many choices, He kept us informed about items we were viewing, I think he went far & beyond to ensure that we were comfortable with the choice we were about to make.He was not pushy or overbearing.He was patient & very courteous,we made an informed decision. An overall, comfortable shopping experience.

But most importantly, Germaine Minns is just exceptional. He's the only associate I purchase with. He's very informative, friendly, professional and just a good guy overall.

My delivery went well. I love my new furniture. It was my first time ordering furniture online without going to store, sitting on it and then decide yes or no.

Changed my delivery date without notice, not polite!
