So I purchased a Sofa on line for…
So I purchased a Sofa on line for pickup. I paid with my personal credit card not financed through Raymore and Flanigan. I received a couple of tex asking.

So when you click on the link it asks for the last 4 of you social and name and address. So I called and asked them why do they need that info she said we also need a copy of your license. I told her I paid for it and didn't see a need to give all that info. The credit card company didn't have a problem with my purchase and I didn't feel comfortable giving out my social and a copy of my drivers to purchase a sofa. Long story short I adked for a refund which they did do .
It's just crazy all the personal information they want to buy a sofa especially when your not financing it.
This was an online purchase to be picked up in Seekonk,Ma

You have great furniture for very reasonable prices but what made the trip so good was the sales person, Laura Einhellig who was very personable and professional. She was also very patient with my questions and I ended up purchasing the sofa without going to other stores.

The sales associate that helped me was wonderful, he asked what I was looking for and when I told him he showed me pieces that I might like he did not push high priced items and I was able to find and buy exactly what I wanted.
