Marylynn was just great to work with. She asked questions to help me figure out what I wanted/needed, then took me to several examples on the floor and then to a BIG tablet to shop online. I got exactly what I wanted, with no pressure to buy something more expensive or to upsell (I hate upselling).

Had a very pleasant experience. Lots of options to choose from. Wasn't our first visit. Tim was very helpful, not pushy at all but offered great suggestions. Ended up purchasing a bedroom set, mattress, recliner and reclining sofa. Overall very satisfied.

A good experience for my first time shopping at R&F. The sales person, I believe her name was Mary Lynne, was exceptionally helpful, pleasant and patient.There was no hard sell, and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for, exactly in my price range.
