lack of customer service
I'm still at a lack for words on how such a large company cannot provide me with proof that my purchase was voided. They literally made me jump through hurdles including filing a complaint with their customer service number since apparently there's no corporate number or least that's what I was told, and subsequently disputing the charge with my credit card company. So here I wait for my refund. But it's all good because I will make sure each and every review platform I come across will receive my 2 cents. Stay far away from this establishment.
PS: If any store manager is reading this; you should have just provided me with my voided receipt which customer service confirmed you could have done.

I had purchased a sofa and.and a Love seat, it turned out that I was allergic to the fabric and the stuff the pillows had chemicals that I am allergic do to the fact that I am asthmatic and have allergies. Giovani your sales Rep. gave me the opportunity to exchange it and he was very supportive of my health issues and very professional.

Ben was a very good salesperson. He was kind and never pushy. I came back two weeks after looking at the furniture I ended up buying, on a day I knew Ben was working because I knew he was the person who deserved my commission.

I ordered something on-line for pick up…
I ordered something on-line for pick up in the Yonkers location, but had to cancel the next day. I called the number and the gentleman that answered was most helpful and courteous. Wish I got his name! My refund posted within hours, not the 3-5 days he said it would take. This was easily the most painless return ever. Great customer service Ray!!

Absolute worst liars.
If I had the choice I would have cancelled my order. I was promised next day delivery when I ordered online. I called and checked to see if it was coming, and next day was confirmed. The following day, after I had cleared my schedule, I was told it would not arrive for 3 more days. Completely unacceptable. I will never do business with your company again. The only reason I bought was because I was given next day delivery. Horrible.

When ask security question by finance was not able to answer it as I had no idea who the person was they were asking me about. They said it was picked by the finance department, but the question had no relevance to my life.. subsequently, I had to go to a store and show my ID Which was out-of-the-way after which everything else was done?
