Worst place to buy a couch from.
Worst place to buy a couch from. We came here happily being fooled into the best warranty and best furniture spending 3 grand on a couch that broke 2 Hours after delivery. We called the next day and we told they would contact us, noone did soo we called again. We then were told we would get a message. 3 days later we got a message that said the 30th of Oct from 12 to 2 pm noone came. We waited all day at home. Called back, apparently it was a glitch. 2 weeks now we have been stuck with a couch that is not working the recliner won't go down, they just apologize and say no refund no returns. We got a 5 year warranty on top of the purchase. This is just horrible. The worst place I have ever delt with.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. Do not purchase anything from them. I bought the motto sofa and it broke the first day of delivery. I had purchased the extended warranty. Called to set up to get it fixed. Ten days later they were suppose to come fix it but a no show. I received an email they were suppose to show up at a certain time frame. I left work early to be here for them to fix it. I called the store after they didn't show up. They said there was a glitch on there end and I was never really scheduled even though I received an email with a date and time they were suppose to show up. All they said we are sorry you will have to reschedule. I've had this sofa for almost 3 weeks and it has been broken within hours of relieving it. When you spend almost 4000 dollars on a sofa you would think you wouldn't have to go through all of this trouble. But I'm sorry is all they have to say. I will never buy anything from this store again and hopefully you won't either.

I love the new bookcase
I love the new bookcase! It's even larger than I imagined and holds a lot of books. The color and design are just what I was looking for. It was so easy working with Raymour & Flanigan! The purchase process was smooth, and the delivery was fast and careful. I've just ordered some new furniture from R&F yesterday, so I'm looking forward to another seamless delivery.

Once we worked with the manager
Once we worked with the manager, our experience was good. Initially we were not very pleased. Harsh Shah improved customer setvice 100 fold. He worked the issues out and we were satisfied with the outcome.

Great service. No high pressure sales.
Allowed us to stop by numerous times over the past 6 months as we considered a mattress purchase and researched the options. No high pressure sales. Always friendly and helpful staff, no matter who you spoke with during a visit. Ended up buying a mattress this past weekend.

I had the Words experienced of my life…
I had the Words experienced of my life with this company. On April 15 purchased a sofa bed for almost $1600. The delivery was delayed multiple times. They end up delivering the sofa bed on August 2nd. The sofa they delivered is damaged. The back is made of cardboard instead of wood. The mattress looks used and its damaged. it has a huge hole and it’s definitely not the mattress they showed me on the store. The store doesn’t want to replace the item or give me a refund. This is not acceptable and I never experienced suck a horrible treatment from a store before.

I ordered a bed frame on Thursday for…
I ordered a bed frame on Thursday for pickup on Friday. It didn’t come. They told me it would be ready for pickup on Saturday. It wasn’t. They told it would be ready for pickup on Monday. It wasn’t. It was ready on Tuesday. I drove to the warehouse to find a a box in very bad shape. I was told it was fine. I opened the box to find two pieces missing. Now my bed frame is supposed to be ready for pickup tomorrow. So I have to make another trip. Terrible customer service.
