‘Heaven Scent’ flowers, absolute perfection.
Me and a few friends ordered some flowers for a friend who has just lost her dog, and it was such a seamless experience, came the next day. They were absolutely beautiful, the smell & attention to detail was everything. You always worry about the quality of online flowers, but these were superb, some flowers not even bloomed yet. But what topped it off for us, is the pure passion & care you can quite clearly see Ray’s has. My friend described it as a sweet man getting out of his van and hand delivering these flowers, making sure that they were perfect for her, fussing on her other dog whilst my friend read the card. Just the time & effort you’ve put into hand delivering them yourself is phenomenal, your customer service was impeccable and you really made my friends day & made her smile which we haven’t seen since the loss. Thank you so very much. The flowers were also perfect as they had roses in them and her dog was called Axel Rose, and also they were called ‘Heaven Scent’ just the eye to detail made this experience so beautiful, and unforgettable.
