Great service & reasonable prices, the order process was easy, everything shipped as promised, delivery was quick and before it was expected. Just wish the airplane components would be more durable. But as far as a reseller goes, what more could anyone ask for?

Your most recent order was placed after our cut off on July 16th it shipped out July 17th and the tracking shows it was delivered July 20th. We see you have multiple orders with us and in all of your orders you used free shipping or economy shipping, free shipping usually takes 4-10 days for delivery and Economy is 2-7 days.
If you ever need something to ship more quickly, or have a question on how long it will take in transit please don't hesitate to give us a call. We are always happy to take a look at the items and help estimate how long the order will take to deliver. With Economy shipping it can be more difficult to determine since USPS does not provide specific estimations, but with FedEx ground or air services we can give a more accurate estimation using the applicable shipping zip code and your delivery zip code. This can help you select the best shipping method for your needs.

i received all the items I ordered
i received all the items I ordered. The kits & sets were fine except that one of the legs of the prop balencer had the croeme peeling off it. None of the individual ball wrenches were as dipicted on the web site. I will not order from RC Planet again.
