Excellent support. I had to change my phone number through support. It only took about an hour. All went well. Cased out again.

I like receipt Hog a lot. I’ve cashed out many times with them. I only gotten to $15 though each time because I can’t wait for the points to build up it takes forever. I wish we earned a little bit more for the receipts but it is what it is. I like it I’ll I continue to keep using it. I’m almost up to $15 again, thank you, Receipt Hog.👌 you’re OK in my book. i’ve been with them since 2020.

Support was prompt, efficient,and friendly, easy to use app and fair rewards system.

Receipt hog disable mine and my family member account for no reason. When trying to email them for past two day no response. I will take action if they don't response as they are eating up our hard earn reward?

I have been using receipt Hog forever. I needed to change my email address and Shelame was very helpful.

Love this app. Had to have my email address changed. Sent request along with the information they asked to verify & it was updated quickly

I contacted customer service to update my account. They were awesome!!

The app is alright. I used it a bit. My concern is that I've put in a request twice now to close my account and received one response saying, "Hello, fellow hogger. We're deeply sorry for our tardiness. We're a small team but we're growing. Are you still experiencing this issue? Please let us know. Cheers." It's been 10 days and still no acknowledgement that I'd like to close my account. The silence makes me think they're avoiding me!

Terrible! Fetch is much better.
Opened Receipt Hog to add receipts like I had been doing for 5 months. Asked me to sign in, when I got in all points everything was gone. Sent an email— no response. Had over 2800 points. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!

Awesome. They emailed me back by helping me resolving some issues.

This app sucks! It takes forever to get points and for most receipts you just get a ticket for a drawing. Not worth the effort!

I have placed a withrowel of 5$.but they disabled my account.if u r not paying for referells close the referells option from ur website.stop playing with people.very bad

I’ve always had a great experience when contacting customers services.

I was redeeming an Amazon gift card. Received the security code and the claim code. When entered a pop up that this reward was redeemed in June!!! After several emails to Kester, he keeps responding with the SAME messsge!!! Asked for a supervisor! Not getting anywhere with this issue!!!!

I didn't get all my coins on alot of my Receipts Then they say some of my receipts or duplicates when they weren't. And they never gave me the coins that I wasn't total. Ly like five hundred at walmart and I got one Ticket entry, no coyes. I've got several receipts. That I emailed to them to check one and see where my coins are. And to show that they're not duplicate receipts and never got no response. I'm really thinking of just stopping and going to another cash back app. I wouldn't recommend this app.

Julian is outstanding. Anytime I have a challenge, he's there to save the day. Through his quick and efficient responses, he exudes kindness and patience, the latter of which so many of us take for granted. Receipt Hog will be around for a very long time so hop on board while you can. They're at the top of the Totem pole and unbeatable at what they do and that's why I love Receipt Hog. They earned their position and notoriety through hard work, and most importantly by possessing a staff that rocks!! Thanks to Julian and the rest of the Receipt Hog customer service champions.
