Ordered flights and stems on eBay from Red Dragon. The delivery was rapid next day 👌🏻 The flights were good the stems weren’t great when trying to screw onto the dart they wouldn’t tighten they just spun. I sent RDDs a message on eBay just as feedback and I’ve received extra sent in the post today. They also responded apologising I appreciate you sending more free of charge and will use again. Great customer service. Thanks ☺️

A great dart company
A great dart company. Had a privilege to be down in Bridgend and visit them. Some years ago now. Have dealt, with them over the years. Never a problem shipping for me in Ireland and the UK. Always on time with there, delivery services. Thanks again Red Dragon Darts.

Poor customer service
Placed order on 20th of April to be told on 28th April a part was out of stock. I emailed back the same day asking for a refund on the part they don't have. Still no refund or other part of my order and it's now 6th of May. Awful communication. Have now requested a refund as this was supposed to be a birthday gift ive now had to order elsewhere.
